NOTE :-
(a) Maths Practical exam will be conducted on 31st August 2017 during the Zero Period for Classes VI to VIII. The
students are expected to bring the material as per the teacher's instructions.
(b) Science and Computer Sc. Practical exams will be conducted in the respective lab periods as per the teacher
instructions.
(c) The duration of the exam will be 2.5 hours for class VI of 80 Marks. This exercise has been planned only for the
Half Yearly Exam to train the students to attempt an exam of longer duration.
(d) Classes VII & VIII will take a regular 3 hours exam of 80 Marks.
(e) The students will be seated in their classes at 7:45 am as per their seating arrangement. The exam will be
conducted from 8:20 am to 11:20 am.
(f) On all exam days, the buses will leave at 11.45 am. Kindly pick your ward accordingly from the respective bus
stop.
(g) Date sheet will also be available on the school blog i.e ahlconint-middle.blogspot.com/.
(h) The school will remain closed for the students on 26th September 2017. The answer sheets will be shown to the
students on 27th September 2017, which will be a half day and also on 4th October 2017 which will be a regular
working day for the students.
(i) The school will remian closed from 28th September 2017 to 2nd October 2017 on account of Autumn Break.
The school will reopen on 3rd October 2017.
(j) PTM cum Report card distribution for classes VI - VIII will be held on 14th October 2017 from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
