A. ENERGIZER
1. Recall the movie Inside out.
2. Ask:
a) Who are the characters in the story? (Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust)
b) What is the goal of these characters?
c) How these characters work together to achieve their goal?
d) Describe Rileys situation.
e) Do you think Riley is a healthy girl?
f) How can you define a healthy person?

B. PROCESSING
1. Define Mental Health.
2. Enumerate the characteristics of a mentally, emotionally and socially healthy person.

C. DEEPENING
1. Discuss the 6 Ways on How to Boost Your Mental Health.

2. Let the students share their own ways on how to cope with stress and challenges in life.

D. EVALUATION
CLG: Create a slogan that will encourage people to be aware and take good care of their
mental health.
