What is Ayurveda.

Ayurveda, the alternative form of medicine from India, has earned itself world-wide acclaim. The 5000-year-
old medical science that includes the use of various herbs, massages and yoga comes with hordes of benefits not only to
the physical body but to the entire being. Ayurveda directly translates into Science or Knowledge of life in Sanskrit,
wherein Ayur means life and Veda means science or knowledge. It is a system based on the understanding of the five
great elements air, fire, water, earth, and ether, which are believed to be the basic components of all life, including the

rejuvenate these points producing positive energy and preventing unnecessary pressure causing
