QUANTITY SURVEYOR OR CIVIL ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsible for planning, managing and ensuring smooth implementation and monitoring of
project assigned from inception to completion within the specified time frame and of the
desire quality.
To liaise effectively with cliens, consultants, subcontractors and other relevant goverment
authorities to achieve project objectives.
Calculate/Check on all architectural, structural and M&E plans
Monitor and follow up the progress of works.
Assist the General Manager/Project manager in ensuring smooth implementation and
successful completion of project involved.
Prepare report/document
Prepare progress claims, sub-contractors claims and variation order.
Manage and maintain a list of approved suppliers and subcontractors.

JOB REQUIREMENT :

Candidate with Diploma in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Architecture

Construction Management or other building related qualification.
Has initiative, be self-motivated, possess a strong drive for success, reponsible and be result-
orientated.
Possess good techinical and sound judgement in decision making.
Able to work independently and under pressure
Must be computer literate
Language proficiency : English

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Carry out good quality Civil and Structural engineering design
Responsible for site meeting to discuss progress on site

JOB REQUIREMENT :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma , Bachelors

Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Proffessional Degree, Masters Degree, Engineering ( Civil )
or equivalent.
Required language : Bahasa Malaysia, English or Chinese
At least 6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferable Senior Executives specializing in Engineering- Civil/ Construction/Structural or
equivalent.
