All land records and registration records were converted to


centralized format & at central servers at State Data Center (SDC)

New software through which when registration takes place


automatic mutation gets registered for agriculture land

Administratively, Land records and Registration offices brought


together at Mamlatdar office (Taluka) and opened approximately
75+ new sub registrar offices where SRO were not present
Computerisation of Land Records .
E-Stamping counters were also established in each taluka Mamlatdar office in
each e-Jamin Kendra

As on today, all talukas of Gujarat state from 33 districts ( All 248 tehsils )
having dedicated connectivity ( GSWAN ) and functioning fully online

Processing almost 80000 mutations every month and out of, 25% mutations
are of agriculture land as SALE mutation
Access of RoR data to Banks & Land Acquiring Authorities
Banks:
Access of live RoR data to Banks
Application is ready NIC
First Training provided
Banks can initiate entry for mortgage / loan
Will help in CLEAR TITLE process
Land Acquiring Authorities :
All LAQ orders will be mutated immediately

Application is for Superintendent of Stamps and Inspector General of
Registration
The application covers the complete process of property registration in Gujarat
State i.e

Capturing photo and thumb impression of buyer & seller parties

Auto mutation for agriculture
The web based application is implemented in all Sub Registrar offices
The application is hosted at State Data Centre
The system is integrated with land record and at present all agriculture
transaction in GARVi are reflected through auto mutation in land record

Imparted an end user staff training and Issues such as password
encryptions, validations, exception handling etc. of security audit of
this application are cleared also
