Reason patients received in hospital Bengkulu because patients experience

disease symptoms in diabetes . symptoms experienced patients such as
abdominal pain. Vomiting , rapid, breathing, fatigue, sleepiness. Actions that we
will monitor blood sugar levels in patients. Then we will give insulin injections that
help patients blood sugar becomes normally and will reduce patient
complications. Our next issue will discuss diet for patients and also we will explain
how blood glucose monitoring pepper patient. And reading SMBG. And diet
patients emphasize the importance of monitoring blood sugar .monitoring done
each morning. The last stage shall record the results of morning the
patientscondition for decision general practiosioner (GP).
