 INTRODUCCIN

Today more than ever it is imperative to learn the English language. Every
day more is used in almost all areas of human knowledge and development.
It can practically be said that it is the language of the present world.
It is, in the age of globalization, the great international language, a "lingua
franca" which has had an impact on all non-Anglo-Saxon countries, including
Spain, affecting more or less directly the various fields and professions. Their
possession can no longer be treated as a luxury, but an obvious necessity.
Moreover, it is even said that whoever does not speak that language would be
in a clear situation of disadvantage: it would be as if he were dumb or half
illiterate. And there are plenty of reasons to say it. The purpose of this
document is therefore to show these motives and make the youth and their
families aware of the enormous importance of acquiring this language.
 OBJECTIVES

Acquire a new perspective to analyze your daily environment

Increase my skills for group work and the distribution of tasks and
responsibilities to this English subject.

To increase my skills for oral and written transmission of English

words and phrases.

Develop my analytical skills by applying learning strategies.

Explore and understand the different learning evironments of the

course, placing the support material, forums of activities,
environment of evaluations, etc.

Interact among the participants of the course giving a brief

personal presentation.
Fill In Some Information And Upload It To The Forum.
Write recommendations to a possible employer based on your mates

Currently, English is the language most used as the first or second language,
the first case being about 400 million people worldwide, English will be spoken
by about 3 billion people, practically half of the total population of the earth.
