Risk Register

Purpose
This Risk Register is designed to enable a consistent approach to qualitative risk assessments. It also
establishes a common terminology to support communication about risk.

How to use - Instructions

This template is divided between 3 sections


1) Risk Register: register for recording risks, to classify and enable the rating of these risks. Once recorded, mitigations
can then be defined and actions tracked.
2) Risk Matrix: matrix used to rate the risk
3) Technical, Economic, Commercial, Organisational, Political (TECOP) list: Check list for use during risk management sessions to enable the
comprehensive review of all applicable risks.
