The candidates whose Register Numbers mentioned below are
provisionally admitted to Oral Test for appointment by direct recruitment to the
post of EXECUTIVE OFFICER, GRADE-IV IN TAMIL NADU HINDU
RELIGIOUS AND CHARITABLE ENDOWMENTS SUBORDINATE SERVICE
included in Group VIII Services, 2013-2014 based on the results of the
Written Examination conducted by the Commission on 16.11.2013 FN & AN. The
Oral Test (Interview) will be held on 23.06.2015 FN, at the office of the Tamil
Nadu Public Service Commission, Frazer Bridge road, Chennai - 600003. The
candidates should come to Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission office on
22.06.2015 at 10.00 a.m with all original certificates mentioned in their online
applications in support of their claim.Individual intimation regarding the date and
time of the Oral Test will be sent to the candidates separately:-

Note:
1. Mere inclusion of the Register Numbers of candidates will not imply that
his/her candidature has been fully considered for Oral Test.

 2. The candidates whose Register Numbers are found in the above list have
been admitted provisionally to the Oral Test based on the marks obtained
by them in the Written Examination, Educational Qualification possessed by
them and with reference to the rule of reservation of appointments. The
admission of candidates to Oral Test is provisional subject to verification
and acceptance of their claim in their online applications towards Age,
Educational Qualification, Ex-servicemen, Destitute Widow, Community and
PSTM etc, through original documents. If any of their claims are found to be
false or incorrect, their provisional admission to Oral Test will be cancelled
and they will not be admitted to Oral Test.
3. The Candidates who have appeared for the Written Examination and
whose register numbers are not found in the above list have not been
admitted to the Oral Test.
4. The admission of the above candidates to the Oral Test is purely
provisional subject to the decision of the Commission and subject to the
final orders to be passed by the Honble High Court of Judicature at Madras
in the WPs (if any) and any other cases pending on the files of the Honble
High Court, Madras/Madurai Bench of Madras High Court relating to this
recruitment.
5. Candidates who have been admitted to the Oral Test are hereby advised to
attend the Oral Test with all the relevant documents in original, without fail.
Failure to produce even any one of the essential document will result in
their non-admission to the Oral Test.
