Expert in Granulation and Pelletization techniques. He has Developed the single
pot processor with Fabtech.

Arvind Asthana :
More than 2 decades of experience in Containment technology . The head of
Isolation and Containment technology at Fabtech. Mr. Asthana is a recognized
expert in the area of containment of potent compounds and advanced aseptic
processing. He has extensive experience in the application of barrier / isolation
technology in all facets of pharmaceutical operations. Areas of experience include
primary (bulk) manufacturing, solid & liquid dosage formulations, parenteral ,
capsules and engineering support.

Fabtech Offers Granulation in Open loop, closed loop as well
as contained granulation.
Extensive safety interlocks are incorporated in the integrated
systems making the Systems user friendly along with being
efficient.
We also offer a combination model of Top Spray and Wruster
Spray Fluid bed Processors and Coaters.
Vacuum discharge with Spiral perforated plate as well as
raking type product containers offered for FBD drying
efficiency and unloading.

Fabtech offers capsule filling machines capable of

encapsulating wide range of capsule sizes from 000 to 5
witih varied speeds starting 5000 capsules per hour to
150,000 capsules per hour.
The machines are offered in Manual, semi automatic and
Fully automatic models along with Capsule elevator,
Sorter, De-duster , Polisher with integration into metal
detection and check weighing systems.
The machines can be used for wide range of formulations
like granules, pellets, micro-tablets or a combination of
