Directions:

1. Schedule a college visit day, well in advance. This can be done online or over the phone.
2. Complete College Visit Day form and return to the counselors office prior to your scheduled
college visit day.
3. After your visit, provide counselor with proof of your visit (signed documentation from the
college you visited).
4. Your attendance will be changed to reflect a college visit day (an excused absence) after all
documentation has been provided.

**Juniors: one prearranged college visit day will be excused, only.

**Seniors: two prearranged college visit days will be excused, only.
