MEMBERSHIP RULES
I. MEMBERSHIP
i. The membership of PHULKARI is open for women, aged 21 and above.
II. MEMBERSHIP FEE & SUBSCRIPTION
i. For the purpose of Membership fee & subscription, the relevant year is April-March.
ii. The Executive Committee shall have the power to alter the rate of subscription.
iii. New membership must be proposed by an existing member of PHULKARI in good
standing
iv. The decision regarding acceptance of membership made by the Executive
Committee of PHULKARI is final.

1 Membership Fee (mandatory)

Admission Fee (Annual) - Rs.5,000/-

2 Payment
Payment may be made either in cash or by cheque, drawn in favour of PHULKARI.
Please mention your name and mobile number at the back of the cheque.

III. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

A. Membership can be terminated for any of the following reasons:
i. The members subscription, including arrears, is not paid within 30 days of notification.
ii. The ii.
members resignation in writing is accepted by the Executive Committee.
iii. Theiii.member fails to attend a minimum of 50% of the meetings.
iv. Theiv.member becomes of unsound mind, insolvent or convicted for a criminal offence.

B. The Executive Committee shall have the power to terminate the membership of any individual
after passing a resolution to that effect by two-third majority of the members present and
voting at the Executive Committee Meeting.
