Terms & Conditions :

1. Sabalza UPVC Windows and Doors.,payment terms is 50 % down payment. Balance of payments are due upon pick-up.
For deliveries, charges are minimum of 2000 pesos within Cavite plus toll fees if applicable. Minimum purchase is at least
30,000 pesos. If no payment is received, no items will be pick-up / delivered.

2. If an item is damaged during delivery, a complain should be done on the same day; a replacement item can be pick-up /
can be delivered by schedule.
3. Once we received the purchase order with signature, changes of sizes of orders are not allowed.
4. Delivery will be paid by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is
damage/lost during shipping through trucking,seller will not be held liable.
5. For refund, maximum of 30 days for processing.
