Shaft is fabricated from hot rolled steel
that meets or exceeds a minimum yield
strength oi 48,000 psi. Base is fabricated
from structural quality hot rolled steel that
meets or exceeds a minimum yield
strength of 36.000 psj. Base telescopes
and is circumferentially welded to the
pole shafi.
An oval reinforced handhole. nominally
4" x 6%" is furnished approximately 18"
above base.
FINIS H
Standard fin ish ls red oxide zinc-chromate
primer both inside and outside. Galva-
nized f inish is also available.

Standard tenon is 2%" OD, also available All Series A poles are furnished with four

fabricated from structural qualiiy hot-

minimum yield strength of 36,000 psi.
