Our main objective is to find out Strategic analysis of Coca cola so that we can
know what criteria helps coca cola most to compete as a best soft drinks in the
beverage products.
Findings are based on the views expressed by the retailers. So it may suffer
from biased prejudices.
Weather conditions were not favorable.
Some of the respondents were not co-operative & many seem to be having
no Interest.
The study has not been intended on a very large scale, have the possibility of
errors, which cannot be ruled out.
Time limitations.
Area was specified.
It is extremely difficult to persuade retailer to respond to questionnaire.
The retailer knows us as people from Coke there by the responses could have
been biased.
Soft drinks constitute one of the largest food industries in the world today. Soft
drinks industry has become big business in Bangladesh in recent years.
The soft drink business under went major change with the entry of PEPSI and
re-entry of COCA-COLA in Bangladesh in the late 90s. Coca-Cola took up the
product line of parley in 1993-94; today both brands are the Bangladeshis
favorite soft drinks.
Tremendous advances have taken place in the process technology in the soft
drink industries in the past two decades.
