PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

CONTRACTS HEAD,DLF CAPITAL GREENS,L&T (OCT'15 TO PRESENT)

Contract management and administration of a INR 1200 Crores Construction Package

with a built up area of 7.92 million sft with 2870 flats in 23 high rise towers and
non tower development in a INR 3000 Crores Mixed Use Residential Project.

Drafting, negotiation and management of all vendor contracts of the project and
management of payment procedures and controls of 62 client nominated sub
contractors and more than 435 subcontractors engaged in finishing ,MEP, trunk
services, specialized works, road works, landscaping and miscellaneous works
packages.

Coordinate with client billing for preparation of client bills and claims, monitor
deviations in execution, claim management and negotiation of Amendments/ Work
Orders/ Purchase Orders with the client, nominated sub contractors and sub
contractors.

Manage dispute resolution procedures and manage escalation of claims.

Engage in weekly Project cost and progress review meetings with client, sub
contractors and Senior Company Management.

Contract documentation of project controls and progress and act as interface for
all contractual and project management correspondences.

Act as NGT coordinator of the Project, manage compliances and submit compliance
reports to MoEF.

SR.CONTRACTS ENGINEER,ADANI PROJECT,L&T(JULY'12 TO OCT'15)

Reviewed estimates and running bills to ensure accuracy, completeness and

compliance in a INR 350 Crores project and certified running bills of more than INR
220 Crores.

Engaged in weekly Project cost and progress review meetings with client and Senior
Company Management of contractual nature.

Contract Administration of the main contract with the Employer and manage change
orders.

Drafting, negotiation and management of all vendor contracts of the project and
management of payment procedures and controls of all sub-contractors.
 Monitored project progress and identified impediments to project performance and
directed solutions like proper sequencing of material deliverables to help the site
team in achieving 10 day cycle with resource constraints and used of prefabricated
rebar caging to increase productivity of steel labor by 60%.

Prepared Job Cost Report(JCR),Management Information Reports, cost management data

and performance statements. The Project package delivered a profit.

Performed Quantity surveying and prepared bar bending schedules of more than 15000
MT steel and minimized steel wastage to 1%.
