I, WILMA A. ADELAN, of legal age, Filipino, married, with residence and postal
address at Dela Paz St. Brgy. San Antonio, Kalayaan, Laguna, Philippines, for a valuable
consideration of SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS (P70,000.00) which constitutes my legal
obligation/loan to LEONIE A. CABAEZ, likewise of legal age, Filipino, married to
VERONICO N. CABAEZ, with residence and postal address at Dela Paz St. Brgy. San
Antonio, Kalayaan, Laguna, Philippines, by virtue of these presents, do hereby WAIVE,
and/or REPUDIATE all my hereditary rights and interests as a legitimate heir/daughter
of late SPS. FERNANDO ABOT & MILAGROS LABANLABAN in favor of said LEONIE A.
CABAEZ, his heirs and assigns over a portion, seventy (70) square meters of a
certain parcel of land together with all the improvements found thereon and which
property is more particularly described as follows:

and which property is registered in the name of my parents SPS. FERNANDO ABUT &
MILAGROS LABANLABAN, as evidenced by Tax Declaration No. 09-003-01177 S. 2012
issued by the Assessors Office of Kalayaan, Laguna.
