To constitute a social eort dedicated to the academic, occupational, and ethical rescuing o Venezuelan
youth through the teaching and practicing o music; and to the instruction, prevention, and recovery o
the most vulnerable age and socioeconomic groups o Venezuela.

How does/will it Work?

The world o classical music could help improve the lives o Venezuelas children.

Music has to be recognized as an agent o social development in the highest sense because it transmits
the highest values : soldarity, harmony, mutual compassion. And it has the ability to unite an entire
community, and to express sublime eelings.
