1. How much does it cost?

The cost to join TVI Express is USD 250 if paid using prepaid vouchers and is USD 275
if paid by Liberty Reserve or Credit Card. It's a one time out of the pocket expense for a
lifetime membership and does not include any recurring charges.

2. How fast can I get started after I sign up?

Instantly. You immediately receive your membership backoffice and one click access to
all various booking and search engines to start planning your next holiday. You also
receive your very own Marketing Package and a self replicating website to start
promoting the TVI Express Opportunity and build your way to the financial freedom.

3. Do I need to sell any products?

No. You don’t need to sell any products. TVI Express is a unique e-commerce
opportunity allowing you to build the Business around the globe sitting at your home.
However, we do support leaders who take initiatives to promote the opportunity offline
conducting seminars and workshops about the Opportunity.

4. Is there a recurring cost or monthly membership payment?

No. There is no monthly payment. Your one-time payment to join TVI Express entitles
you to have lifetime access to our upcoming promotional deals, programs and campaigns.

5. What do I need to do to cycle out of the boards?

The first thing you need to do is sponsor two (2) people who join the TVI Express
Opportunity. This will qualify you to cycle out of the boards as you progress ahead in the
Compensation plan. Secondly, you need to encourage and teach those two downlines
(people you sponsored) to sponsor more people and duplicate the process. Following
these two simple steps will have you making money even while you sleep

6. Is there any limit on the times I can cycle out of the Express board and earn $
15,000 each time.

No. There is no limit on cycles. You can earn as much as you want by cycling out
multiple times, giving you an opportunity to create ongoing Residual income with each
milestone you cross.

7. What is Residual Income? How is it different from Board payouts?

Residual Income ensures that you earn money on every sale in your organization
enabling you to earn thousands of dollars with growth of your network. It is different
from the Board payouts and gets activated as soon as you cycle out of the Express (2nd)
board. With growth of your network, not only you will cycle in boards and earn payouts
but will also earn a certain percentage of amount on every person joining your worldwide
team. The Compensation plan has been designed keeping in mind the long term growth
opportunities, with fast income at every step.

8. Is there any capping limit on Residual Income?

No capping, no ceiling and no time boundations. You can earn unlimited amount of
income and the matrix structure pays till infinity allowing you to enhance your income
every coming week.

9. Can I sponsor more than two people?

To qualify and earn commissions, you need to sponsor two people. However, if you want
to progress fast and create multiple legs to ensure faster cycles and enhanced residual
income from multiple legs, we do urge you to sponsor as many people as you can and
support them at the same time.

10. What do I receive when I cycle?

You get the following commissions after you cycle out of the respective boards :
1) Traveller board : You receive $500 ($250 cash + an eVoucher worth $250)
2) Express Board : You receive $15,000 and a re-entry into the Express Board

11. What is the advantage of sponsoring more than two people?

You will receive a 5 – 10% bonus on every member that joins your organization after you
cycle out of the Express board. Sponsoring more than two people and opening multiple
legs in your downline organization will not just have you earn more money from the
matrix structure but will also ensure faster cycles in the Express board. Follow-the-leader
system makes all members to follow their sponsors. If you bring in many people initially,
there are very high chances that not just you won’t have to sponsor anyone again but also
cycle out faster as more and more people will be following you on to the Express board.

12. When the board splits, how do members get assigned to new boards?

When the board splits, the members are placed in two new boards based upon the
mechanism of top to bottom, left to right priority algorithm. Jump over’s are allowed in
the boards giving value to those who build it faster than others present on the board.

13. How does my matrix commission raises from 5% to 10%?

Your commission increases with increase in your rank. When you cycle out of the
Express board, you automatically become a Gold Associate and start receiving 5% of the
group sales. When two people in any two different legs of your organizational structure
reach the 5% level, you become a Diamond Associate and the percentage commission
upgrades to 7%. Similarly, it goes to 8.5% and 10% finally entering you into the power
pool where you earn lifelong royalty income from the Global Revenue of the Company.

14. What are the different ranks and percentage commissions involved with them?

When you join the company, you join at an Associate level and become a Silver
Associate as soon as you hit the Express board. Following is the percentage commission
structure involved with different ranks : Gold : 5% of Group Sales Diamond : 7% of
Group Sales International Diamond : 8.5% of Group Sales Platinum Associate : 10% of
Group Sales Presidential Associate : 10% of Group Sales with a share in the Company’s
Global revenue by participating in the Power Pool.

15. Can I own multiple ID’s while building my team?

Yes, TVI allows you to own as many Id’s as you want expanding the ground to earn more
commissions and earn double or triple the money on the same network that you build.

16. When do I receive incentives?

17. Can I transfer my membership to any other person?

The TVI Express membership is fully transferrable and allows you to gift holidays and
various other benefits to your loved ones. The booking process works on the instructions
given by you in the backoffice.

18. What are the different payment methods?

Ans. We currently accept payments via Credit Cards, Liberty Reserve, Bank Wires, and
eWallet.

19. How do I receive my commissions?

All commissions are instantly transferred to your secure eWallet, which is protected by
our double check secure system. Funds can be withdrawn to your bank accounts, or can
be received in forms of other ecurrencies from your backoffice. You can also choose to
load the funds onto your very own TVI offered Mastercard Debit Card which is accepted
at tens of thousands of ATM’s around the world.

We are pleased to inform that TVI Express India Operations will commence from 12th April, 2010
which would mark the beginning of a new era of our Company in the Indian sub continent. With
the beginning of the new financial year, we are all set to reach great heights and even define new
parameters of success benchmarked on highest standards for both ourselves and our members.

India office would not just serve as an extension to our present physical base but will also be a
great asset in providing assistance to our members from countries neighbouring India including
Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Right from Customer Support to Accounts, Indian members
will now have access to dedicated departments to get speedy responses in case any assistance
is required. Walk-in meetings will be entertained in the Bangalore office on appointment basis
from 20th April onwards.

With Corporate office in Bangalore, we will be launching three more Marketing offices in India in
New Delhi, Hyderabad and Kolkata. Announcements would be posted as the launch dates are
decided for all our upcoming offices.

As per the Indian laws and taxation system, a few of the existing norms will undergo a change
and all these changes will be applicable on the Indian accounts. The same are listed below :

• Each and every distributor would be required to fill an Independent Distributor Form for
our records which will include some important information like Personal details, Address, Pan
number etc. These forms will be made available at the reception desks of all our Indian offices,
both Corporate & Marketing offices and can also be downloaded from our website. Signed
forms will have to be uploaded from the backoffice with original copy sent via snail mail to our
Corporate office. Submission of ID forms is mandatory for each member who is actively
involved in promoting the Business.
• A dedicated Customer Support Team will take care of the Indian members from the date
of operations commencement. Local phone and fax numbers will be posted on the website
before 12th April 2010. Phone Support will be available, Monday through Friday from 10 AM to
6 PM, IST. All support, finance and booking related issues can be resolved by calling our
Indian Support Line from 12th onwards.
• In order to adhere to the Indian taxation system, the compensation plan will be revamped
for India and the same would be published with commencement of our Indian operations. PAN
number is a must for all members as TDS will be deducted on all wired payouts. STP and LR
would be removed from payout withdrawal options and all payouts would be sent from our
Indian Bank accounts in Indian currency.

The voucher cost would be INR 15,500/- inclusive of service tax from 12th April 2010 and all
banking information can be availed by reaching our Finance team over the phone. Complete
process about buying vouchers and depositing payments will also be made available in our
next infomercial and upcoming announcements.
• In addition to the above, a separate product fulfilment team will be deployed for the India
setup, wherein, other than the global inventory online booking, members will also be able to
book their vacations through tele-booking. A separate team will address booking issues and
related requirements. The taxes applicable for the booking of 3N/4D and 6N/7D vacation
package will be INR 3,500/- and INR 5,500/- respectively for locations booked within India. The
taxes would be independent of location/property you choose and are based on double
occupancy CPA plan in all our associated properties.
We will host fortuity events, roadshows, “I am TVI” conferences, and other regional events once
the operations are in full swing. India office launch event would soon be announced and invited
team leaders from across the globe can attend the award ceremony in India with their teams.

Last but not the least, our Indonesia office in Jakarta has been finalized and the operations would
be launched as the formalities for local establishment there are completed. We will keep you
updated about our success, changes we bring into the system and our expansion plans from time
