Vision

I see thousands and thousands of youth team leaders

reaching out to the lost and the poor, united in love, and
enjoying their relationship with God.

Core Values
Purpose driven - 1Cr 9:26 So I run straight to the goal
with purpose in every step. I am not like a boxer who
misses his punches.

Excellence - Phl 4:8 Finally, brothers, whatever is true,

whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure,
whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable-if anything is
excellent or praiseworthy-think about such things

Respectfulness - 1Pe 2:17 Show respect for everyone. Love

your Christian brothers and sisters. Fear God. Show
respect for the king.

Family – Col 3:20 You children must always obey your

parents, for this is what pleases the Lord.
1 Tim 3:4 He must manage his own family well

Encouragement - Rom 1:12 I'm eager to encourage you in your

faith, but I also want to be encouraged by yours. In this
way, each of us will be a blessing to the other.

Creativity - Pro 18:15 Intelligent people are always open

to new ideas. In fact, they look for them

Time - Ecc 3:1 "To everything there is a season, and a

time to every purpose under heaven.

Knowledge - Pro 10:14 Wise men store up knowledge, but the

mouth of a fool invites ruin.

Improvement - "Therefore let us leave the elementary

teachings about Christ and go on to maturity, not laying
again the foundation of repentance from acts that lead to
death, and of faith in God, instruction about baptisms, the
laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and
eternal judgment." (Hebrews 6:1,2)
"Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a
workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly
handles the word of truth." (2 Timothy 2:15)

"But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior
Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen."

Teamwork - Two are better than one, because they have a

good reward for their hard work. 10 For if one of them
should fall, the other one can raise his partner up. But
how will it be with just the one who falls when there is
not another to raise him up? - Ecclesiastes 4:9,10
