TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) Taxes : The Price quoted are ex-works at Kalyan. Sales Tax VAT./ C.S.T.
shall be charged as applicable at the time of delivery. ( Note - At present
VAT 12.5% . C.S.T. 2% against form C
Octroi will be charged as applicable . Any other Central , State or Local taxes
will be charged separately at the time of delivery.

2) Packing & Forwarding : Packing 3 % of total invoice Value. Transportation charges To Pay basis .

3) Payment Terms : 50 % Advance & 50 % Against Proforma Invoice After readiness of material .

4) Delivery : 6 - 8 weeks .

5) Warranty : The equipment will carry a warranty of 1 year from delivery against any
manufacturing defect.

6) Validity : This offer is valid for a period of 15 days.
