Situation/Problem/Opportunity:

Total damage equipment that can fixed

Total damage of equipment that cannot be fixed any longer.
Pending equipment that is not finished yet to repair or under reconstruct

Purpose Statement (Goals) :

The main goal is to provide a system that improves the identified

standard of condition measurement is managed through a comprehensive preventive
maintenance program. This program is a scheduled inspection and routine maintenance
program design to identify problems in advance of failure and to insure the building
components and system are in as new condition.

Objective/Deliverables(if known):

Spare parts inventory

Optimize of shortage probability in the moment of maintenance performance beginning
Determine of optical repair time
Determine the number of equipment that is under repair

Methods/Approach:
 A approach the Methodology that use in this project is the
traditional a waterfall that follow the following with is System
Planning, Analyst the System, Designing of diagram will support
System maintenance. The Waterfall diagram will be support.

System Planning
This phase establishing objectives are related because
under its phase is the Preliminary investigation report. The project
identities different situation like understanding of what is the
business is all about. The team members will now have their own
fact-finding. Conducting an interview is also for acquiring
different information. After that team members will be analyze
and evaluate their gathered information for confirmation to the
management that it is what they wait.

System Analysis
This phase all the team members, will identify whether this
is the client really wants to happen on the project they are
working on. The clients might also inform to us what the
expectations on your project are, not only that but also how will it
work,

System Design
This phase is all about processes in your current project. The
team members will provide a data flow diagram on how their
project works to make their clients have an overview that is the
type of project they are working on.
System Testing
In this phase we test the usability and the limitation of the
system before the implementation phase

System Implementation
 This phase is where the team members developing their
system. Coding is also used in the phase. Upon finishing coding
your codes, the team members identify whether it has some errors
that needs to be fixed Maintenance is also required to avoid future
error
System Support and Security
System support and security is the last step in SDLC. In the
phase the team members will ensure that no one would access
their system by involving some security and even protecting the
data that it is stored. The team members will also ensure that it is
maintained and supported.

Identify and implement cost reduction
Can send request to other subsystem
Optimize maintenance equipment life

All data is stored in database

Low bat - Keeping full charge your PC / Laptop

Loading - Too much files so delete the un-useful document

Errors Debugging

Back Up - Back up the system by saving it in other device, in case when the system corrupted.
Financial Expenses - Have funds for financial expenses regarding the making of system for
some expenses that wasnt not expected.
