What did you like most about this training?
The information was relevant and very interesting
Small group breakout with colleagues from other depts.
Thinking about broader issues such as the culture of the institution and what we are doing to
showcase/communicate that message everyday
It highlighted and reminded me of the positive aspects of a leader/manager. It was a breath of
fresh air in my week.

What did you like least about this training?
I dont like group work and having a spokesperson but the way he did it in this training was
good.

More specific case studies that would provide greater depth to legal and/managerial

Manager Training on Enhancing Culture

From the survey and comments in the course, there is a desire for specific case study reviews.

In addition to the training programs listed above, HR will begin a monthly series of HR Table Tops; a case
study for managers interested in dissecting and learning more about scenarios to help sharpen their
skills.
