SUBJECT: TERMINATION OF CONTRACT BETWEEN FIRST AND SECOND PARTY

This is in reference to your non-compliance of payment of your UNPAID MONTHLY

STALL DUES and other payments despite efforts of reminding you to comply and settle all
payments to be made.
In lieu to this matter, the Association had decided, that despite reminders of not settling
your payments, therefore violating the terms and agreements of stall renting in between two
parties, to TERMINATE the contract between you and the Association. You are hereby inform
to immediately PULL OUT all your merchandise, Equipment and other belongings found on
your stall. The termination order will be into effect immediately. Otherwise, not complying to
the said order, the Association will immediately pull out all items and belonging on your rented
stall and shall close the stall without prior notice.
