1 Written Permission was issued by the Competent Authority under the Planning Act (Cap 232)

3 Provisional Permission was issued by the Competent Authority under the Planning Act (Cap 232)

3.1 DOES NOT involve an alteration to the Master Plan, i.e Rezoning and/or increase
in Plot Ratio and is not subject to payment of Development Charge.
