ATTENTION ALLOTTEES OF ROHINI

RESIDENTIAL SCHEME-1981

Kind attention is drawn to the allottees of the Sector-28,29,30 & 34

(Pocket.C1 ,C2,C3 ,C4 & A1 and A2) who have been issued Allotment-
Cum-Demand letter under the Rohini Residential Scheme-1981. The
specimen of affidavits and undertakings earlier supplied alongwith
Allotment-Cum-Demand letter has been clubbed to one affidavit and one
undertaking in order to facilitate the allottees of Rohini Rersidential
Scheme-1981. The specimen of affidavit and undertaking is published
alongside. The same is also available in the DDA website i.e.
www.dda.org.in . Now the following documents required to be submitted
are as under :-

1. F.D.R. in original duly discharged by affixing revenue stamp of

Rs.1/-.
2. One undertaking as per specimen.
3. One affidavit as per specimen.
4. Identification slip of three specimen signatures and three
photographs giving the name of allottee duly attested by
Gazetted Officer both of husband and wife separately.
5. Latest attested copy of Ration Card/Voter I.Card/Aadhaar
Card/Passport/Driving License duly attested by Gazetted Officer as
proof of Identity.
6. Ownership proof i.e. copy of latest Electricity bill, Water Bill, House
Tax bill of the addressees residence (in case of residence of
Delhi/New Delhi/Delhi Cantt.) duly attested by Gazetted Office.
7. Pass Book of the Bank Account of the Allottee.
