Location of project:

The project location is in Maimana Khorasan high school Faryab

province.

Information for construction of futsal playground :

This project includes construction futsal playground (excavation of playground, brick masonry
of four side of playground, plastering of brick masonry walls, installation of two goal columns,
oil painting of steel column and installation of artificial grass in futsal playground according to
attached maps.

The walls bricks are considered first grade best quality. the mortar of brick works is
from sand and cement the sand should be clean and washed according attached design
The length of playground is at least 25m and at most 42m
The wide of playground is at least 15m and at most 25m
The width of all line 8 cm
The size of circular in middle of playground is 3m
The distance of second penalty point till line of goal is 10m
The size of quarter circular corner of land should be 25cm
The distance between two goal columns should be 3m and height of horizontal shot is
from surface of land should be 2m
The type of playground ball should be made in leather or as the same it
The diameter of ball is should be 62m at least and at most 64m

 At the beginning of match The weight of ball should not be less than 390gr or most
than 430gr(the number four ball)
The identifying of standard ball , while the ball from 2m height release to the ground
should not be jumped more than 65 and less than 55cm
The pressure of ball( 04-06) atom is equal (400-600)gr/cm3 from level of river.
The iron pipe used in column and related between column and the wall thickness
should be 2mm ,rustproof with painting
The artificial grass for covering of playground made in china with best quality and the
length of grass should not be less than 6cm
The Lining of playground should be oil painting and The respectable contractor is responsible
to intend it for price of artificial grass according to above specification
All metallic works should be painted with rustproof paint and then painted in order to
exception of net.
The net should be used GL wire 2mm and should be rustproof paint.
During installation of net should be prevented nail sharp in order to not demolition of
ball
Softening and smoothing of metals should be considered for player safety seriously
during making of metallic playground facilities in order to not to cause any scratches or
sores to body of players
The crashed gravel should be used for concrete works and its size arranges with concert
thickness and its diameter should not more than 0.5cm.
The plastering sand should be clean.

Brief information of project building.

1. PCC of foundation should be preparing with M: 150(compressive strength 150 Kg/cm2).

2. PCC on the wall should be preparing with M: 150(compressive strength 150 Kg/cm2).
3. The walls bricks are considered first grade best quality

4. Concrete Mortar mark as below:

PCC on the wall M: 150 1: 2:4 (cement: sand: gravel)

Brick work 1: 4 (cement: sand)
Plastering 1: 3(cement: sand)
5. The crashed gravel should be used for concrete works and its size arranges with concert
thickness and its diameter should not more than 0.5cm.
6. The shuttering should be check before concert works with ACTED site Engineer.

 7. The old cement (more than three months) should not be used.
8. Best quality cement should be used
9. The concrete material should be provided by mixer machine.
10. The crashed gravel should be used in concrete works.
11. The mixed material works should be used within one hour.
12. The concrete should be pouring 5cm thickness according to design
13. Clean drinking water will be used for concrete mixing.
14. The artificial grass should be installed with specific of glue grass After 5cm concrete
pouring in playground and the granular considered for prevention slipping of players
15. The sand should be clean and washed and it must be without from soil and organic
materials.
16. All concrete works should be keep wet for 14 days and when the concert surface cant
keeps the water use cotton gunny for keeping humidity
17. All around the foundation of walls should be filing and compaction in order to in need
18. The installation two goal column making steel pipe with 2.5inch should be considered
19. Beneath the columns which are in touch with the ground and foundation mortar, there is
a Cross (x) with the size of 50*50*4mm that assist the columns to stand stable and
vertical.
20. The pipes that are used in building of this pitch are made exactly for construction of
sport pitches with best quality in the markets.
21. All iron pipes should be rustproof paint and then paint.
22. The net which is used in this building from GL wire 2mm and should be installed with
Zip batten (Clift) to the column from inside of playground.
23. The artificial grass which is used in this playground building made in china and length
of each string of grass is 6cmwith best quality of Afghanistan market and the artificial
grass should be installed as technically, proficiently for covering futsal playground on
the concrete.
24. The contractor company should inform ACTED s engineers and one other
representative who has the responsibility of construction of the pitch while purchasing of
artificial grass.
25. The lining of playground should be white color and made of artificial grass
26. The fine sand should be pouring about 1cm After installation artificial grass
27. The contractor company should submit the approved certificate of artificial grass
showing the quality and specifications of the grass alongside grass guarantee period to
ACTED Organization.
28. Foot wash and the pipes that evacuate the rain water out of the pitch should be installed
in proper places according to the map in order to evacuate the pitch s water well and
make no disturbance for the players.
29. 2 net goals will be made with cord of 1.5 inch and they should be annexed to the
construction according to the map.
30. The goals of the pitch must be made according to the norms and standards using 2.5 inch
cords.

 31. Based on works volume this project should be completed 100% within 4months after the
signing of the contract.
32. For the normal progress of construction works and accurate supervision of the project the
contractor is responsible to hire a civil engineer to be present in the field till completing of the
project.
33. The project work will be implemented according to ACTED engineering department plan in
case of not progressing of the work according to plan the contractor will pay cash penalty
according to contract
34. The contractor is responsible to provide work safety condition and all the labors should wear hat,
shoe, glasses and labor uniform as well as the labor shirt should be designed by companys arm.
35. The respectable contractor is responsible to price each construction item in offer form according
to local market without benefit and clarify the benefit at the end of the offer both in percentage
and currency and add it in total price
36. In case of forgetting any issue the respectable contractor can add it at end of the page and give
its prices in attached table.
