 Non-exposure Waterproofing System (Type A)

Pentens Non-exposure Waterproofing System (Type A) is a kind of widely used waterproofing

system. Can be used in roof, bathroom, retaining wall, water tank and mostly surface needed
waterproofing layer in construction. Pentens Non-exposure Waterproofing System (Type A) is
based on Pentens T-100, which is water-based, non-toxicity, no odor and easy to apply, and also is
Pentens Best-selling product in Asia. Pentens T-100 is also Green Label Material in Taiwan so that
you can use this system in accordance with Green building requirement.

Exposure Waterproofing System (Type B)

Pentens Exposure Waterproofing System (Type B) is another widely used waterproofing system.
Can be used in roof, terrace, wall and mostly surface in construction. Differing from Type A,
Pentens Exposure Waterproofing System (Type B) is based on Pentens T-200H, which is
water-based, non-toxicity, no odor and easy to apply product, and can apply without protective
layer. Distinguished Type B from Type A is that Type B can be UV resistance.

 Swimming Pool Waterproofing System

Pools need to resist against water pressure, impact of water flow and corrosion of chemicals, like
Chlorine, in long term. Pentens Swimming Pool Waterproofing System is a simple but useful
system for pools. Design based on T-100, system is easy to apply, using Green label materials
(Taiwan). Also can resist against water pressure, impact of water flow and corrosion of chemicals for
common swimming pools.

 PENTENS T-007
Cement Modier
PENTENS T-007 is acrylic emulsion which is a excellent
bonding adhesion/primer and a excellent modifier of
cement to improve the chemical, corrosion, moisture
and salt resistance of cement renders.

ADVANTAGES Brush on at the approximate rate of 0.3 kg/m.

USES
- Bonding Adhesion/Primer of water-based
waterproofing/flooring/painting works
- Mix with mortar to repair and resurface of
factory floors drive ways, angle fillets
- New and old concrete bonding agent

Allow to become tacky then apply topping.
For porous surfaces prime with a slurry coat
(refer Specifications for mix recommendation).
SAFETY
Impervious gloves and barrier cream should be
& used when handling these products.
Eye protection should be worn. In case of
contact with eyes, wash thoroughly with plenty
of water and seek medical advice if symptoms
persist.
If contact with skin occurs, it must be removed
before curing takes place.
Wash off with an industrial skin clearer followed
by plenty of soap and water. Do not use solvent.
Ensure adequate ventilation when using these
products.

Surface Preparation
All the surfaces must be clean, free from grease,
oil, laitance, and remove all the dirt and
contaminants, which might affect adhesion. The
impurity outside the structure body should be
cleaned thoroughly.
Application
Substrate should be primed with a 1:3 mixture of
PENTENS T-007 and water.

 PENTENS T-100
Water-based PU Bituminous
Waterproong Membrane
PENTENS T-100 is a specially produced PU bituminous waterproofing
compound for use on both internal and external surfaces. It will bond perfectly
to almost any surface such as concrete, masonry, metal and timber. It may be
applied to new or existing structures, and will bond to a damp surface. It can
also be mixed with sand, to form a mortar of any desired consistency.

ADVANTAGES on at the approximate rate of 0.2 kg/m.

- High elasticity
- Will bond to almost any surface
- Does not run or creep under any heat
- Resists a wide range of acids and alkalies
- Can be applied to a damp surface
- Odourless and produces no fumes
USES
To provide a better water and vaporproof in
complicating application surface compare to
membrane-type and ensure better integrity
between applied surfaces and waterproofing
coating.
Areas of application include:
- Floor slabs
- Patios, terraces and balconies
- Bathrooms
- RC gutters and planter boxes
- Swimming pools and water tanks
- Basements and fountains
- Retaining walls
On areas exposed hot drying winds. 2 to 3 thin
coats of paint may be more successful than 1
thick coat. For indoor areas, it is recommended
that allow approximately 30 minutes or after the
primer becomes tacky then apply T-100.
With brush, roller, or spray method apply the
first coat of PENTENS T-100 on the application
surface. The first coat should be applied in one
direction only. If possible the second coat
should be applied at right angles to the first.
Leave to cure for approximately 8 hours before
applying second coat.
SAFETY
Minimum ambient and substrate temperature is
5C.
Never apply more than 1 kg/m of PENTENS
T-100 in one single layer.
Apply only to clean, sound substrates where
surfaces should be well dampened but free of
surface water and leaks.
Thoroughly agitate contents before use.

 PENTENS T-200H
UV Resistant Elastomeric Waterproong Coating
PENTENS T-200H is based on a newly developed Water
based Polyurethane and Acrylic Polymers. It is dramatically
reduces solar heat absorption in either air-conditioned or
non-air conditioned buildings. It takes the majority of the
heat load off a buildings skin and reduces temperatures
to approximately that of outside shade.

ADVANTAGES bitumen joints shall be repaired first.

Application
- Water based, environment friendly Substrate should be primed with a 1:3 mixture of
