Description of major tasks:

Supervise the electrical section in maintenance related jobs, provide assistance with troubleshooting, issue reports on

 Reliability maintenance
Working in Engineering Department as Management Trainee Officer (MTO), In 15 month training period we worked on
different projects to improve the present maintenance system to Reliable maintenance system to decrease the down time of
machine. During that period we developed different excel sheet, maintenance format and practices to improve the present
maintenance system under the supervision of Manager Engineering.

Root Cause Analysis

Root Cause Analysis is a technique to find the actual cause of problem. We developed the excel sheet under
consideration of Fish Bone Diagram and Failure Mode Effective Analysis to find the Root Cause of the Machine
Failure.
Critical Equipment Categorization
Study the all existing equipment in the plant and categorized the critical equipment on the base of EHS, Plant
availability, dependent department and Process.
Condition Monitoring
Change the existing Maintenance system with condition monitoring. Strategic planning to start condition monitoring

Study all existing maintenance system of equipment, remove deficiencies, unnecessary practices and make the new
maintenance plan of equipment.
