SALES/MARKETING
o Support sales/marketing teams to correlate product capabilities with customer requirement documents

o Engage in complete project cycle, from lead generation, project charter to acceptance and End-of-Life
o Track and periodically reported on project issues, ensuring issues resolved and financial milestones tracked
o Work with business unit owners and functional leaders to ensure team coordination and execution
o Support manufacturing line: machining, contractor management, outsourcing, purchasing and quality
o Use several planning and reporting tools: MS Project, Excel, Accounting software
o Manage resources to ensure adhesion to schedule/budget commitments
o Establish metrics and monitoring related to project and team performance and customer feedback
o Manage and execute pre-sales, interim design review/change meetings through production runs
