I, JULIO BUMANGLAG, of legal age, married, Filipino
citizen and a resident of Brgy. 36- Araniw, Laoag City, Philippines, do hereby appoint, name and constitute my sisters, ADELINA PAGULAYAN and DELIA TAPIL, both of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, and a resident of Brgy. 36--aRANIW, Laoag City, Philippines, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in- fact to do and execute the following acts in my name on my behalf to wit:
1. To represent me in Civil Case No. 11608-15 pending
before the RTC-15, Laoag City;
2. To enter into pre-trial in the above case and to agree
to stipulations and make proposals for admissions of facts and documents which will be used as evidence;
3. To mark said documents for and my own behalf and
including entering into such compromise agreement which is beneficial to me when the need arise;
4. To represent me in the Trial of such case until finally
terminated.
5. To sign any document in my behalf, in connection hereto;
and
6. To do all acts necessary to be done.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto my said Attorney-in-
fact, full power and authority to do all and every act, requisite or necessary to be done under the premises in order to carry into effect the foregoing authority and HEREBY CONFIRMING AND RATIFYING all and my said Attorney-in-fact, shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
