MAKING SHORT FILMS - Learning Code NR 15896

Overview
This course can contribute towards teacher identified hours. It is designed to support languages teachers develop
skills to integrate ICT into the teaching and learning of languages. It also aims to provide teachers with an update
on the latest developments from the Department of Education and NESA.
The course is facilitated each term, on Thursday of Week 8, from 1.30pm - 3.30pm. The meeting is hosted by one
of the networking schools.
Sessions focus
Incorporation of technology into languages teaching and learning. The focus of this session is on making short
films in the languages class.
There will be a face to face presentation followed by a hands-on activity. Teachers will be supported to create a
short film using available tools and resources.
