TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

We here affirm that Mr. Waqar Ashraf s/o Muhammad Ashraf Khan is the resident of village

Datote Pachiot district Poonch Rawalakot Azad Jammu & Kashmir and he has been

living here in the village since November 2012 to 10 May 2015. But later on during

his stay he has been found involved in some anti state political and religious activities

which are deemed danger for the soverigenty of the state. Therefore, he was forced to

leave the village. Hence, he escaped around and then he left the village for his

protection.
