    DIPACO is introducing two new nozzle assembly part numbers for Caterpillar 3406E EUI applications. The new assemblies, RTF41926/31 and RTF41936/31, can be used as replacements for various superseded injectors. RTF41906/31 has been available previously and replaces additional old injector models. The nozzle design has been proven over two years of on-highway truck use and includes a preset valve opening pressure and fitted needle. Tables list the current and superseded injector applications for each new nozzle assembly part number.

    PRODUCT INFORMATION

    EUI Nozzle Assemblies DIPACO is introducing two additional nozzle assemblies for Caterpillar
    3406E EUI applications. The new assembly numbers are RTF41926/31
    For Caterpillar 3406E which is used in the current 10R2780 injector and RTF41936/31 which
    is used in the current 10R2782 injector. Part number RTF41906/31 has
    been available and is used in current injector 10R0957 and 10R2781.

    The nozzle design, while slightly different from the OEM, has been
    proven in over two years of operation on-highway trucks. The nozzle
    assembly is complete and ready for installation with a preset VOP and
    needle fit.
