La Tecnologa de la Informacin eleva la calidad
del proceso educativo al permitir la superacin de

informacin, la participacin activa en el proceso de
construccin colectiva de conocimiento y la
potenciacin de los individuos gracias al desarrollo
de las habilidades que esto implica.
