2. Assumptions

Archetype shall follow Numbering System as suggested and agreed with PIDILITE on documents
issued for this Project.
Archetype will maintain a spread sheet listings of all drawings, specifications, and documents
listing details of the file name, description, bid package name, revision number, first issued
date, revision date, and approved date and submit to the client as and when required/
completion of the project etc. Archetype is also having in-house developed project document
monitoring and can be used for this on agreement with PIDILITE.
Archetype will perform entire services in accordance with applicable Indian standards & codes
of practice and relevant industrial practices, local site conditions, as well as Clients operational
requirements.
All documentation and correspondence shall be in English only.
Preparations of fabrication / micro detailing execution drawings such as bar bending schedule,
Fabrication drawings, shop drawings, Vendor / packaged items execution drawing etc. are
considered to be in the scope of execution contractor and the same shall be reviewed and
approved by Archetype.
Schedule of deliverables to be delivered in each month shall be defined and mutually agreed
with clear identification of pre-requisites to develop the deliverable targeting project progress
and agreed critical project milestones.
In case of fundamental change or Strategical change in the design philosophy during any stage
of the period, the impact on Design man hours and project time line shall be considered by
PIDILITE and Archetype shall be paid for the additional efforts to revise the design and
 deliverables based on new philosophy.
Client to provide Heat & Mass, AEIL will review and update, stoichiometery balance, chemical reaction
calculations excluded.

Batch size will be provided by client, AEIL will calculate equipment size based on it.

Utility balance will be provided by Client, AEIL will review and update.

Chemical & Physical properties of all components will be provided by client include intermediate, products.

MSDS will be provided by client for Hazardous area classification, and if data in MSDS is missing, same
will be provided by Client

Pidilite Engineering Standard (if any) required for DE activities.

Agitator design for the vessels will done by vendor, ARCHETYPE will review the same.

API & ASME code will be used wherever applicable.

IEC standard will be used for Hazardous Area Classification.

If new system requirement is defined during process design verification a separate scope will be required
from Pidilite to execute the work on the front of Engineering, Procurement support and on site supervision
of new system.

Any change in scope/ quantum of work/ philosophy or fundamental changes after commencement of project
shall be charged as per the man hour supposed to be consume additionally to incorporate changes/
modification at agreed man hour rates. Incorporation of same shall be started on formal approval from
Pidilite project in-charge.

Two days are considered for site visit for kick of meeting for A process Lead, A mechanical Lead from
Archetype Ahmedabad are considered for basis of proposal.

Three days are considered for HAZOP study participation. A Process Lead and A Sr. Engineer will
participate in Pidilite office/plant. Same is considered for basis of proposal.

Exclusion
Any deliverable other than mentioned in Annexure A.

Scale models, 3D animation & walk-throughs and aerial views combined.
