Togivethirdlinetechnicalsupporttobothinternalandexternalcustomersviatelephone,emailoronsiteonallvariationsofourGlobal
MOTOTRBOSolutioncustomers.
DevelopahighlevelofunderstandingofMOTOTRBOsolutionstobeabletosupportexternalandinternalcustomersintheresolutionoftechnical
issues.
TheroleishighlyvariedwithmainemphasisontheresolutionofservicerequestsintermsofrestorationofserviceimpactingIncidents,Root
causingProblemsorfulfillingTechnicalRequestsinthemosttimelymanner.
Inordertoachievethisyouactastheprimaryinterfacetocommunicatewith,andcoordinatethecustomer,MotorolaSolutionsfieldand
developmentengineeringteams.
UseMotorolaSolutionsownedMOTOTRBOsupportsystemstoreproduceand/ortroubleshootcustomerissues,aswellastogainknowledgeof
futuresolutionsadvancements.
Theroleismainlyofficebasedhowever,traveltocustomersitesmayberequiredinordertoexpediteservicerequeststhatcannotberesolved

BasicRequirements

Minimum35yearsofexperienceinCustomerTechnicalSupport(Hardware/Software)
Bachelor'sMaster'sdegreeorequivalent.
