Subject : Psychosocial Intervention Session

Last July 06, we experienced a 6.9 magnitude earthquake that displaced hundreds of people and caused
damage to properties. It lasted for few seconds but its impact to ones mental health may be for a
lifetime. However, Mental Health is non-negotiable. Hence, this Psychosocial Intervention Session is
organized in coordination with the City Health Department.

In this connection, Eight (8) batches are set for everyone to join without sacrificing customer service to
our clients. Each session last for two (2) hours, hence, four batches are scheduled per day. The schedules
are as follow: August 2 and August 3. There are four (4) batches per day; broken down to:

Morning: 1st batch 8:00 10:00; 2nd batch 10:00 12:00.

Afternoon: 3rd batch 1:00 3:00; 4th batch 3:00 5:00.

This session is intended to all Casual and regular employees. The Venue is at the New Ormoc City Hall
Multi-Purpose Hall, Ormoc City. Please refer to the attached list of participants. Note: Those who
attended last July 21 Psycho-Social Session with the group of Fr. Arnold Abelardo may not attend.
