PRESENTATION

Gi.Erre Life
Gi.Erre life offers the conceptually innovative systems to tackle and solve in a natural and ecologically
sustainable way the problems related the sectors: Agriculture - Farming - Environment.

Our target
The goal of Gi.Erre Life is to revive a "culture" addressed to a re-stabilization "of the natural" in the subject
"environmental" and to a "Health Food" reporting in general "the harmony between' man and nature ".

Guidelines
The goal of the research group of Gi.Erre Life was achieved by applying three fundamental principles:

1. Work in prevention;

2. Use natural products made available by nature;

3. Working with the goal "to recover and respect the protection of the environment, agriculture being,
animal and human health" for a "better quality of life."

The actions proposed by the Gi.Erre Life are carried out on

prevention of pathologies
eliminating chemical interventions, pharma-therapeutic, pesticides etc .

The prevention system developed is:

- in strengthening the culture and the animal strenghtens the immune system so as to make them auto
immune;

- In recovering the environment and building technologies with natural products and eliminating visual
pollution and interventions.

The principle of prevention

The abuse and excessive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides in agriculture and industry, in daily activities
(than of domestic life, the waste water generated by the household, agriculture and industry, and waste), with
continued promotion of a fanatical anti-bacterial action, have often affected the environment and created many
problems such as:

- Food safety and quality

- Human and animal health.

5
Grem Philosophy
The Gi.Erre Life in respecting the health of animals and humans, the genuineness of crops, the quality of the
environment, he founded and developed its research on two technologies:

- The use of an appropriate mixture of beneficial microorganisms

- The use of specific active principles extracted from "seeds and / or medicinal plants."

The prevention system developed by us, is to strengthen the culture and the animal, irrobustendone the
immune system so as to make them self-immune and sanitize and recover the environment by removing
pollutants

Grem mixture
By the word "grem" identifies a new technology: a mix of selected "live beneficial microorganisms" and "active
ingredients" extracted from plant essences. All this leads to:

- Increased production / quality;

- Elimination of nutritional imbalances;
- Vegetative-productive balance;
- Best resistance to climatic adversities and pathogens.

6
Grem Solution of Gi.Erre Life
The Gi.Erre Life in respecting the health of animals and humans, the genuineness of crops, the quality of the
environment, he founded and developed its research on the use of a new technology: a mix of live
microorganisms in nature and without any manipulation at the genetic level as Lactobacillus plantarum,
Lactobacillus casei, Streptococcus, Rhodopseudomonas palustri, Saccharomyces cerevisiae and other
effective microorganisms with positive effects like Bacillus, fermented whit "Herbs and / or seeds and / or
plants" that with their active ingredients positively direct the microbial environment already exists, initiate a
process of regeneration and prevention and fight degenerative and pathological phenomena.

Components of Grem solution

Microorganisms

Despite the microorganisms constitute the basis of the origin of life on our planet, they have a bad reputation
largely undeserved. A demonstration is the fact that as soon as you mention the world of bacteria, now we refer
to something harmful and dangerous to living things.

A component of the "grem" provides a mix of microorganisms safe technology normally found in nature that
man has always been in contact and of which some species used them in their activities. The mix is made up
entirely harmless microorganisms to anybody and the environment, so much so that in all these years of use (30
years), there were no adverse effects.

In microbial multi mixture are present:

- Phototrophic bacteria: These bacteria synthesize useful substances from secretions of roots, organic
matter and / or harmful gases (eg hydrogen sulphide) using sunlight and the heat of soil as sources of
energy.

- Lactic acid bacteria produce lactic acid from sugars and other carbohydrates produced by the
phototrophic bacteria and yeasts. Lactic acid is a strong sterilizer. It suppresses harmful microorganisms
and rapidly increases the decomposition of organic matter.

- Yeasts: synthesize antimicrobial and useful substances for growth from photosynthetic bacteria,
organic matter and plant roots.

- Actinomycetes: that by their structure are among the bacteria and fungus, produce substances derived
from amino acids, bacteria and phototrophic organic material. They are considered to be antimicrobial
and prevent the formation of fungi and harmful bacteria.

- Fungi activated by fermentation: such as the Aspergillus and penicillin which promote a rapid
decomposition of the organic material, resulting in the formation of alcohol, ester and antimicrobial
substances.

7
Membership of Microorganisms Group

The first group of microorganisms included in the "grem" solution are the strains of Lactobacillus (L. casei and L.
plantarum) which belong to that species of microorganisms that are used as fermentation agents in food for
humans, in animal feed and in the food industry in general. As for the content of their danger for human health
both species included in "Group 1" (means that the state of current scientific knowledge, these microorganisms
show no danger either for humans or vertebrate animals. These bacteria they have no relevance as pathogens
and are not considered even the opportunistic pathogens (Prof. Dr.W. Kneiferl).

The second bacterial component of the mixture, Rhodopseudomonas

palustris, belongs to the group of phototrophic bacteria that also fall
within the above "Group 1". This bacterium is used in biotechnology as a
scavenger for water and for bioremediation.

The third group, Saccharomyces cerevisiae is a yeast of specific interest for

the food industry, known worldwide, which is used in various food
production processes such as yeast dough, alcoholic fermentation, feed
production. These "eukaryotic" organisms are absolutely devoid of
pathogenicity for humans.

The fourth group, under the heading "other micro-organisms such as

Bacillus their natural environment" based on the identification test report
provided by IMB, it is a fungal microflora.

Medicinal herbs in "grem" solutions

Typically the term "medicinal herbs" is the set of all those plant species that can be exploited, depending on the
specific chemical composition for the preparation of specific products.

The world of herbs / seeds / plants in the health or well-

being is becoming day by day more development in the
botanical field, agriculture, pharma-therapeutic, industrial
and curative.

Herbs, seeds and plants contain substances which are

associated with their curative action. These substances are
present in quantity and quality different from species to
species and derive mostly originated from metabolic processes of the plant.

The main groups of active substances are: alkaloids, tannins, glycosides, saponins, essential oils, the mucilage,
bitter substances. To these must be added acids, saccharides, polysaccharides, fats and vitamins that contribute
in no small way to make the properties of herbal extracts / seeds / plants most active.

Each herbaceous species has its optimal extraction method

- The warmth ease the extraction but can damage some active ingredients, usually used for soft plants plant

- The decoction is used on hard parts of herbs / plants such as roots etc.

- The maceration is indicated in cases in which the herbs / seeds contain thermolabile substances.

8
The active ingredients of some medical-medicinal herbs or plants
and / or seeds inserted in our products, are able to play an
important repellent action against pathogenic bacteria and insects.

also play an important nutrient action with the intake of macro and
micro elements that increase the action carried out by
microorganisms.

Most commonly present we use active principles are:

- Acido Oleico
- Proteins
- Vitamins
- mineral salts
- Potassium
- Fatty acids
- Polysaccharides
- limonoids
- Flavonoids
- Beta-carotene
- Glucose
- Fructose
- Essential fatty acids

The most commonly occurring trace elements:

- Iron
- Phosphorus
- Magnesium
- Calcium

The principle of prevention elaborated, it is to fortify the culture and the animal toughening the immune system
so as to make it auto-immune.

The products are ideal for the "bio-safety in agriculture, on farms, to protect the environment, must be:

- From the regulatory point: natural

- From the point of view of health: not present toxicity to humans, crops, animals and the ecosystem.

- From the ecological point of view: do not leave residues on fruit, vegetables, meat, milk and derivatives.

We believe that our project will bring the operators to agriculture, a farming and a healthy environment in order
to restore the harmony of nature to a "better quality of life".

EROSION COASTS AND BEACHES
BUILDING SYSTEMS WITH THE USE OF TECHNICAL BIOENGIEERING IN FULL RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

At the international level, in many places linked to a steady and rapid economic development and tourism and
able to implement projects without bureaucratic difficulties and environmental, and especially with significant
financial resources, they have been realized important works of artificial nourishment, associated with the
realization rocky reefs and artificial reefs.

One of the best known cases is the impressive development of these achievements along the coasts of the UAE
and Abu Dhabi in particular with the creation of several artificial islands shaped like a palm.

The growing use in international overview, and recently also in Italy, in the reconstruction as an intervention
"soft shore protection" for the mitigation and control of shoreline erosion, raises the need for in-depth studies
involving the examination of methods of intervention, the different contexts morpho sedimentary of Italian
beaches and the definition of innovative and efficient methodologies for assessing the effectiveness of
interventions

Before setting out the intervention systems is useful to briefly describe the formation and wave behavior. The
waves originate in the open sea for the wind effect by the vertical component that transmits energy to the
individual water particles that are forced to descend by pressing the underlying particles that are pushed
laterally and are forced to rise. At the moment in which, by gravity, they tend to lower again compel the
adjacent particles to rise again.

All this involves the formation of circular orbits, the high seas, where no one suffers the influence of the seabed,
circular orbits tend to run out towards the bottom; then the wave does not present horizontal displacements
and consequently there is water transport.

Approaching toward the coast, the bottom thickness decreases and at the time when it becomes equal to half
the wave length (distance between two subsequent wave crests that is about 30 times the height) this begins to
suffer from the seabed marine and circular orbits, gradually approaching down, they deform in ellipses
increasingly crushed. On the seabed the particles assume a rectilinear reciprocating motion, and interacting with
this lose energy, therefore, the lower part of the wave (the one in contact with the bottom) assumes a lower
speed than that surface. The lower the water column is then located "braking" than the upper which will tend to
tip forward, precipitating in the form of juncture.

In this case, therefore, it has not only a simple oscillation but we have a true water transport in the horizontal
direction (are called traversing waves). The way in which the wave fringes depends on both the energy and both
the type of coast.

Marine wave is in all respects comparable to those in the physical sense (sound waves, acoustic etc.) and, as
such, undergoes the phenomenon of refraction, reflection and diffraction: The first consists in the fact that to
hand that there approaching the coast, the wave front is affected by the arranging backdrop parallel to

13
this. The return flow (called backwash) will move from the shore into the sea at an angle of 90 degrees by
transporting the particles of coastal materials.

The coastline is battered by waves caused by the wind, which constantly move sand and gravel and, at the same
time, are lapped by continuous current of sea water, usually parallel to the coast, which also move the sand. A
look at the sea even when it is calm, does not imagine by what forces is also continuously moved in depth.
In World and European level have been adopted the most diverse coastal protection techniques in erosion
mainly to mitigate the damage caused by more intense storms, or to increase the amplitude to tourist-
recreational purposes

The balance of the coastal system is particularly complex because of the different occurrence of hydrodynamic
and sedimentary phenomena that characterize it. As it is known, among the most catastrophic effects of the
rupture of this balance figure the shrinkage of the coasts and beaches.

An examination of the various factors affecting the stability of the coast showed that the main causes of erosion
are:

- Subsidence
- The decrease in the transport of sand from rivers
- The works built in the sea
- Urbanization of the coast

Examples of techniques used

14
The Gi.Erre Life protecting the coastal marine environment respecting the concepts of eco-compatibility and
environmental sustainability in an innovative way, has sought to establish, in addition to an awareness of
environmental issues also, in the use of the original application issues deemed most conducive to the
maintenance of the natural heritage.

Everything we do, from products to processes are certified and tested (See example lagoon of Venice) to give
the quality work guarantee and perfectly inserted in the surrounding environment durability.

The building strategies and protection measures, adopted are based on the artificial nourishment of coasts,
technical as pertaining between the soft type of defenses, which found numerous technical and economic
advantages.

Among the advantages of this method of intervention, in addition to that of producing an immediate of sandy
shore expansion, there is the fact that it does not involve heavy modifications morphological and landscaped in
the setup of the coast and, not indifferent, what a nourishment intervention artificial or spontaneous, it can
provide beneficial effects on the sections adjacent coasts as:

Increased effectiveness in reducing the hydrodynamic stresses;

Flexibility and adaptability of materials to dissipate wave power
Safe removability of modules
Time schedule of the durability of the materials according to the environmental context.

In relation to the above, our testing has two concepts often coexisting:

- The preservation of the marine aggressions

- The use of the coastal territory.

and it makes use of three types that may be employed either individually or together:

- Intervention of "drainage" mechanic picks up the shoreline where the water and flows back and back into the
sea in a different way from the stream.

- Intervention aimed at two different targets. The first is the capture of sediments already present in suspension,
thus preventing their loss into the sea; the second is to increase the natural ability of the traps of "growth by
capture" of the sediments through the extension of surfaces.

- Intervention with the formation of underground seams at sea in order to drive up the seabed or rather flatter
before the swell.

ENVIRONMENT and BIOREMEDIATION
Heritage to be preserved protecting it from degradation and pollution
How to fight the organically pollution, through the use of strains of microorganisms, developed through natural
fermentation and targeted.

These formulations allow us to convey specifically certain strains of microorganisms, which allow the targeted
reduction of pollutants.

Application areas
The Gi.Erre Life technology, allows you to operate in various environmental states:
- Ground;
- Water;
- Air.

What does "Bioremediation"

Bioremediation, is a set of water treatment technologies that use natural micro-organisms to break down toxic
and hazardous substances.

The microorganisms, in fact, are ubiquitous and have metabolic systems able to degrade and utilize various toxic
compounds as energy source.

The aerobic and anaerobic processes can also be used in series, to reduce the complexity or the contaminant
toxicity.

Principle of operation
The concept that is the basis of this technique is the same, whether it be of soils, sediment, sludge derived from
wastewater treatment plants, or aqueous matrices. This technique is based on a natural process promoted by
microorganisms that, through the activation of a series of biochemical reactions, producing final outcome as the
cleaning up of the area. The use of natural processes of polluted areas, makes the Bioremediation a little
impacting technique from an environmental point of view.

The micro-organisms adapting to the environment, they have acquired the ability to break down the chemical
compounds commonly found in their habitat. They have therefore evolved their enzyme complexes, responsible
for the biodegradation of the contaminants species, depending on the availability of nutrient substrates. In this
way also they acquired the ability to degrade xenobiotic species, ie man-made synthetic substances.

17
LAND RECLAMATION
Soil decontamination can implement agronomic means, physical, chemical and biological. The systems that
guarantee the results usually have a significant environmental impact. This resulted, on our part, the
development of more sustainable invasive methods.

The reclamation in the area of biological purification of soil contaminated by organic compounds is a problem of
great interest and topical since the nature is not able to self purify in a timely manner even when contaminated
to delete are biodegradable. In order to accelerate the speed of depollution must improve the condition for the
growth of microorganisms such as the availability of nutrients, oxygen concentration, pH and moisture content.

When pollutants from human activities are introduced into the ground, for example improper disposal methods,
accidental spills on surfaces or losses from underground tanks, we must address the problem with
determination to grant the recovery times of the environmental compartments and reducing costs reclamation.

Critical to the success of decontamination is the optimum combination of the various products of injection
techniques (bioactivators) for which engineering and geotechnical skills, with knowledge of biotechnology is
necessary to ensure the development and sustainability of the degradation process.
The objectives can be successfully achieved using organic methods.

Many types of organic pollutants can be easily biodegraded by microbes indigenous soil, thus making it possible
bioremediation. During the bioremediation, the pollutants are converted into water, carbon dioxides, biomass
and stable organic products that are embedded in the humic soil originating material (humification).
These biological reactions can be promoted in the soil (in situ) leaving it undisturbed.
The biological techniques exploit the natural ability of some bacteria to directly degrade (aerobically) or
indirectly (anaerobic environment with release of oxygen) some contaminated, usually organic type.
This type of treatment, very effective in the case of hydrocarbon contamination, involves the injection of
selected bacterial strains (Biomagnification) and any additives to ensure the best conditions for the growth of
microorganisms.

Gi.Erre Life has selected and produced a mixture containing "live" microorganisms with high specificity with the
effect of "degrade" and transform purifying pollutants so the soil.
The method, known as "bioremediation" gave extraordinary results in the microbial degradation of the
hydrocarbons.

The system we adopted consists in reproducing, in the context of a contaminated site, the optimal conditions
for the growth of bacterial consortia in concentrations and speed such that all the organic substrate present in
the soil (contaminant) is transformed, through a biological process, water, carbon dioxide, nitrogen etc.
The microorganisms included in the solution are safe, normally found in nature, that man has always been in
touch and that some species if they have served in their own business.
The mix is made from strains of microorganisms completely harmless for any organism and the environment.

The intervention plan does not provide for invasive operations like traditional systems, but is based on
remediation plans mediating specific injections of nutrient solutions in order to solubilize mineral oils making
them more available to subsequent inoculation of bacterial strains to allow for the biological degradation of
fuels present .

Once you identified and located the points of interest you progress through a crawler machine, hydraulic type
designed specifically to perform surveys and injections of contaminated sites also in limited areas and / or
blankets. The practical system of advancement and direct burying dry make for easy operation and fast
execution even in confined spaces.

18
The solutions provided by natural microorganisms, are able to biodegrade the petroleum and its derivatives.
The spontaneous processes of degradation of these products, are in fact greatly accelerated by the biological
component. The strains in question feeding of the substrate made from various converting hydrocarbons in a
mixture of water-soluble fatty acids and microbial protein, highly soluble and absolutely harmless to humans
and other living organisms.

Our technology, although very innovative, though widely proven, provides the inoculum on the site to be
reclaimed by natural microbial consortia not manipulated genetically and non-pathogenic to humans and higher
animals. The bacteria have an extraordinary capacity to adapt and metabolic versatility.

While most of life forms cannot survive in polluted environments, they have made a virtue of necessity. In the
enormous bacterial diversity, in fact, there are microorganisms capable of use as a source of energy and carbon
also toxic substances, in these conditions even manage to grow and multiply.

The peculiarity of our method over others is that in our two solutions of inoculated microorganisms, we obtain,
with the first solution the decomposition of the polluting molecules in monoglycerides, diglycerides and
triglycerides which in turn are attacked (eaten) by the second of beneficial microorganisms solution .

The proposed technology with the inclusion of particular strains of microorganisms in the polluted site will allow
to bring the pollution of the environmental matrix (ground) within the contamination threshold values
established for the intended use, or at risk threshold concentration values if it will conduct the site-specific Risk
Analysis.

Water decontamination

All of us, in our daily lives we continue to produce pollutants. With the increasing pollution of water systems, in
recent years, it has been observed that the amount of pollution produced by humans far exceeds the cleaning
ability of the nature.
In addition, the widespread use of chlorine destroys the microorganisms that have self-cleaning function, a
contradiction that intensifies environmental degradation.

The major causes of pollution come from:

Urban pollution: refers to the waters that result from discharges of homes, offices and other facilities if they are
not subjected to purification treatments will impact in pollution water. It was mainly the increase of the
population to make quite huge problem, since often are inserted in the waters for direct way, without any
purification treatment.

Industrial pollution: pollutants are discharged daily in large quantities by industry, causing damage to the entire
aquatic ecosystem. It highlights one of the major chemical companies responsible for pollution of water, they
produce nitric acid, soda, phosphoric acid, ammonia, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and so on. In addition,
industries such as paper mills, saw mills and dairies, that release residues capable of promoting the growth of
molds and bacteria.

Agricultural pollution: results from the use of fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides in considerable quantities, and
also by the spreading of slurry from farms not ripe. These substances can get to underground aquifers and rivers
for washing away of land spilling into the sea, they have gradually reduced the amount of microorganisms
present in the water.

Oil pollution at sea, mainly caused by oil escaping from the tanker, damaged or wrecked, or which is present in
the waste water used to wash the oil tanks or river intake or groundwater pollution from oil refineries or loss of
fuel distributors.

This continuous water pollution has also increased the amount of putrefactive sludge on the seabed making the
survival of living beings increasingly difficult in such environmental conditions.

The Gi.Erre Life has developed remediation technologies from pollutants in different areas of activity - hydraulic,
fluvial, coastal, maritime works, white / black water. Water quality, hydrological and environmental monitoring,
in relation to such acts, both in the more specialized aspects of applied research and consultancy for the
solution of problems, and in those of the preliminary engineering and construction planning, is the reclamation
works of the waters with removal of the pollutants.
The water purification can be divided into two main steps: physical treatment and biological treatment.

In the physical or mechanical treatment, where possible, include operations such as grilling, sandblasting,
sedimentation etc., That is all those mechanisms where it comes to separate the water from solids.

In biological treatment we use a number of strains of microorganisms that reproduce and accelerate the existing
sewage treatment plant in the wild, but under controlled conditions, capable of breaking down certain harmful
substances present in the water, especially nitrogen, organic matter and some metals.

The problem of biological treatment is mainly a problem of chemical kinetics, as in nature, these processes take
place very slowly.

35
The treatment of waste water (or wastewater treatment) aims at the removal of contaminants present in water
wastewater from urban sources, or of an effluent which has been contaminated by organic and / or inorganic
pollutants.
The wastewater cannot be put back into the same state as the final numbers as the land, the sea, rivers and
lakes are not able to receive a quantity of pollutants exceed its self purification capacity.

The water purification of urban wastewater treatment consists in a succession of stages (or processes) during
which, from the wastewater are removed the unwanted substances, which are concentrated in the form of
sludge, giving rise to a final effluent quality as to be compatible with the self purifying capacity of the receiving
body (ground, lake, river or sea via underwater pipeline or shoreline) chosen for the spill without this it can be
damaged (eg by ecosystem perspective to it afferent).
Inputs of pollutants associated with the domestic uses of water are well standardized and describable by means
of specific contributions (of pollutant daily load for each resident inhabitant).

The treatment of the lake or river waters aims to provide solutions to address the problem of "eutrophication"
for the excessive growth of aquatic plant organisms which has the effect of the presence in the aquatic
ecosystem of excessive quantities of nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus and sulfur etc. from natural or
anthropogenic funds with the use of fertilizers and some types of detergents coming from civil or industrial
wastes with the consequent degradation of the asphyxiated.

In the mud of the bottom, with bad oxygenation conditions grow bacteria that produce hydrogen sulfide,
methane and ammonia. To remove them it is necessary to create the conditions in which they cannot grow, and
this can take place with the contribution of other anaerobic bacteria that are able to counteract and that do not
produce unwanted toxic substances.

With the application of our "solutions" containing anaerobic bacteria and active ingredients of some herbs they
begin to transform the mud solidifying down and eliminating toxic substances; the bottom of the vegetation will
take root, allowing the same to produce oxygen and to stabilize provided that there are other necessary
conditions such as the light.

Our "solutions" produce organic acids, amino acids, vitamins and sugars carbon dioxide and oxygen, all useful
components to maintain clean and healthy water.

AGRICULTURE

NATURAL TECHNIQUES FOR GREATER

PRODUCTIVITY 'QUALITY' AND A BETTER
DEVELOPMENT "

41
42
The agricultural land is neither an inert and neutral substrate, or a simple physical support for the plants, but a
real living organism, an ecosystem is constantly evolving.

In most cases the lands are classified according to their chemical / physical, little has been done to classify them
according to their microbiological properties. The reason for this is that the chemical and the physical properties
of a soil are more easily defined with respect to quantify microbiological properties; even if the oxygenation, the
content of organic matter, etc. They are important indicators for the fertility of a soil.

We must therefore pay more attention to the biological properties of the soil, as they are directly related to the
productivity and quality of a crop. The basic concept is to control the microflora of the soil so that the biological
processes can improve the growth, yield, crop quality and productivity of the soil.

The growing specialization in crops and the so-called monocultures are in their continuity, considerable
difficulties for the presence of animal and plant pests that affect the development and productivity.

The institutions, especially at international level, are pushing for a reduction of environmental impact of
agricultural production, also the man always requires larger volume production, authenticity and quality.

Always uses the shifts and rotations involving the alternation of different crops on the same land. This "good
agricultural practice" is not always enough, and for some high-income crops as vegetables, flowers and nursery
crops is almost never practiced.

Over the past twenty years has established itself massively the use of fumigants. These products were detected
highly toxic for the microflora, microfauna and also to the health of man himself.

All this prompted us to exercise defensive actions that have resulted in recent periods of our time, in an
ecological crisis with serious environmental consequences.

43
It therefore becomes more and more felt the need of having recourse to intervention of bio-stimulation of the
ground in order to recover the fertility of the soil itself and to increase the immune defenses of the plant while
maintaining the cheapest cost possible.

The Gi.Erre Life, aware of the importance of a solution that respects the land, the environment, health and
product quality, has made a series of natural products that can solve these problems

Our products are based on two concepts:

the use of a mixture of microorganisms denominated "grem", which contribute to the microbiological balance
modification through the transformation of a degenerative environment to a regenerative. From a state of
decay, decadence, pollution, disease, let's move to a state of life, health, vigor and well-being. These solutions
strengthen, and positively using the microbial environment already exists, initiate a process of prophylaxis and
fight pathological phenomena;

the use of extracts of appropriate plant species, and active ingredients extracted from specific plants, which
are able to carry toxic or repellent action against parasites and pathogenic fungi.

Our research has focused on the monitoring of disease

agents (fungi and bacteria) and damages (insects, mites and
nematodes); on nutrient intakes based on interventions
primarily preventive and only in the most critical situations
curative.

The effectiveness of our solutions, after the trials in various

fields, has been indicated through an analysis of index of an
increase in yield and improvements in the quality of the
crops and of the products obtained

44
To be able to define a specific intervention program must know essential data for a targeted diagnosis and safe.

- Irrigation method and amount of water distributed;

- Composition of the land;
- Soil pH;
- Temperature of the greenhouse;
- Classification and quantification of species of infesting fungi;
- Classification of agents of damage (harmful insects and parasites);
- The production cycle of the crops;
- Number of cuttings for each cycle;
- Surfaces to be treated;
- Milling depth; etc.

because of the large concentration of farms between low Veneto, eastern Lombardy and Emilia, and, not least,

"Grem.bovi-system" is a conceptually innovative system to address and resolve in an environmentally sound

The project described here aims to establish a fully functional example of the "system" for the solution of the
problem of the environment, animal and disposing of "manure"

There is talk of "system" and not simply because the disposal facility can take place in an environmentally sound
manner, only through preventive interventions in animals and, with the passage in several individual machines,
each with its own specific purpose that will produce a useful system the overall management of sanitation and
livestock manure.

The fundamental advantage of this technology is the maximum respect for the environment in all stages of the
process, so as not to have any type of contraindication even as air emissions or odors with the goal "Zero
Environmental Impact".

ANIMAL WELFARE

cattle breeding animal welfare is closely linked to the biosecurity plans. The cattle have, as a result of a diet
almost always very thorough, a somewhat precarious metabolic balance, which may affect the immune system,
facilitating the contraction of new infections or their escalation, when already present. For these reasons, we
recall that a high importance on the welfare of cattle can contribute to the good results in animals. And
appropriate that the farmers themselves to take measures to protect the farms from the introduction of
diseases or decrease the consequences of existing diseases in livestock

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

It is therefore necessary to improve the internal processes of livestock management to prevent cable input of
pathogens that can affect the health, well-being, the technical results of the animals and the quality of food,
milk and meat, derived intended to be then purchased by the consumer.

Below the project is divided into three main processes:

1 - sanitizing environmental farming

2 - improving animal welfare

3 - target of manure

53
1 - SANITATION ENVIRONMENTAL BREEDING
The first objective of "grem bovi-system" technology is expected to provide an effective response to sanitation,
air quality, the problem of odors, reduction of nitrates, the accumulation of "dejection" and reducing flies with a
sanitization of farm.

On farms one of the conditions is that related to air quality.

This fact, too often overlooked and / or downplayed, affects several fundamental aspects:

- When the environment is close to the optimum conditions, the animal is able to make the most of their
productive potential

- Malodorous emissions emitted by the activity of farming are harmful to the environment (greenhouse gases)

In this way they dominate the processes of decay and release odors.

Moreover, the presence of air pollutants and dust environment can give rise to diseases in animals (loss of
appetite, irritation, disorders and abnormalities of the respiratory tract) as well as producing serious damage to
the health of operators and civil society living Nearby breeding site.

The type of flooring, the method of collection of manure and climate conditions during the year affect the levels
of harmful gases.

In addition to the air quality in livestock animals often get sick because they are forced to stay in contact with
their droppings (feces and urine) that emit harmful gases, creating a problem in breathing, in the conveyance of
toxic chemicals (in particular 'ammonia, hydrogen sulphide) and pathogenic microorganisms (bacteria, viruses,
salmonella etc. and some fungi).

54
The livestock sanitation rating will be treated according to the four types of interventions:

- Occurrence of infections

- Odor abatement

- Animal welfare and biosecurity measures

- Repellent air quality for unwanted insects

ONSET OF INFECTION

Before starting the exposure we consider it very important to expose the substantial difference that exists
between two universally adopted concepts according to a certain methodology but that from the point of view
of nature is instead completely wrong.

We want to refer to the concept of sterilization as opposed to the concept of sanitation.

Modern culture has led to think that the best way to prevent the onset of infection or disease, consists in
sterilizing scrupulously all that you can sterilize: household surfaces, the surgeon's knife, stables at each change
of cycle etc.

In reality, the sterilization involves the total destruction of all microorganisms and bacterial flora, is that good is
that existing bad on sterilized surfaces. The first problem is that nature does not leave "empty" spaces and
therefore tends to quickly regain possession of artificially emptied spaces, as a result the sterilization has a very
limited period in time. The second problem is that with a high probability (they say 99%) microorganisms and
plants that occupy the space emptied type is harmful or pathogenic. It is probably by acting in this way that in
the last 40-50 years we have created more than 200 thousand new diseases.

The sanitation, on the contrary, it is proposed to strengthen the appropriate methods with the presence of
microorganisms and bacterial flora favorable to man and his environment. Will themselves prevent the
approach and the proliferation of pathogens, microorganisms that both flora in general.

Our system is based on the exclusive spraying liquid natural solution "Sana-grem" that eliminate, within
seconds, the formation of salmonella, pathogenic bacteria, viruses and some fungi. from the fermentation of
particular strains of microorganisms and extracts of "medicinal herbs / medicines" (prepared according to the
type of farming and pathogenic bacteria)

The spread of pathogens can then be either in the active form in the passive voice:

- For active dissemination it refers to the way that uses as a vehicle through which the same pigs, humans,
rodents, birds, insects, pests, etc ...

- The transmission in the passive voice is closely related to environmental conditions and find greater relief in
conditions of deficiency in hygiene measures.

This stands as the critical points of the pits and slurry management; the entry of vehicles and motor vehicles; air
quality, water and food.

55
KILLING SMELLS

A further objective of the "grem bovi-system" technology is expected to provide an effective result in odor
problems on the farm and in excreta joining it with a sanitization of farming is in the air is in the pavement/litter
that in accumulation and destination of manure same.

The emissions in the atmosphere produced by the animals are constituted by:

- Simple Gas ( NH3, H2S, N2O, CH4 .)

- Powders and other volatile compounds (PM10, volatile organic compounds VOCs, odors)

- Bioaerosols (bacteria, viruses, endotoxins, allergens ....)

These substances are derived from animal metabolism, the biological degradation of organic substances
contained in the manure, by animal activities and handling of animal feed.

This problem, after a classification of the type and quantity of air pollutants components in the interior breeding
noted with an "electronic nose", it can be resolved with three interventions:

A) The elimination of dust

bibliographical studies report that most of the odors from livestock farms is transported from the
powder. The reduction of dust can be implemented by atomizing an appropriate mixture. The
treatments provide for an abatement of organic odors such as ammonia, hydrogen sulphide etc.

B) On the animal and on the walls and flooring

the use of our 'natural liquid additive is an emerging technique which in addition to reduce, in part, the
odorous emissions of gaseous compounds are essential in eliminating the formation of pathogenic
bacteria, viruses, and some fungi.

C) On the diet.

This operation is performed in order to reduce the share of nutrients removed by the manure (in
particular nitrogen and phosphorus) and consequently achieve a reduction in emissions. .

The use of "grem supplement" solution determines in itself a good digestibility and good absorption by
the animals without producing an excess of nutrients in excreta.

56
DISINFECTION OF THE FEET OF BEEF AND ROOM MILKING

The characteristics of the foot beef mal match their current housing systems where, due to the persistence of
bird droppings on the pavement, the hooves are always soaked in a highly septic environment.

The solution we worked off any dirt on the hooves of animals is sanitize hooves themselves to the floor.

REPELLENT INSECTS SIDE

One of the most common insects from farms is the fly (musca domestica)

The flies annoy the animals up to cause death, carry diseases such as salmonella, mastitis, swine fever, foot and
mouth disease etc... Cause stress and pose a danger to the
environment and to human health.

This leads to a lower profit due to the loss of growth and

productivity, increased heart rate and respiratory frequencies, the
nourishment required by the increase in blood loss of animals and
discomfort to workers and the neighborhood.

There are two application methods for livestock protection against

flies and precisely:

- Uptake of flies during their shifts with appropriate traps. The

system is based on a liquid bait (approved for use in food industry)
placed in a plastic container our exclusive "Mosquitos" equipped
with special openings to allow the entry of flies and, once revenue
because attracted by the bait , not to go out.

- Treatment of surfaces with solids (special microbial blends, extracts of plant species) that attack the vital
processes of the larvae that, in the end, no longer able to feed themselves, reproduce or make the
metamorphosis.

57
2 - IMPROVEMENT OF ANIMAL HEALTH
FOOD HYGIENE

Food and water can be passive vehicle of bacterial toxins, mycotoxins and pathogens, such as Salmonella spp.,
Escherichia coli, Campylobacter spp., Clostridium spp., Leptospira, etc ...

Inside the biosecurity plan then include management control, hygiene and food quality; in particular to devote
space to the following chapters: storage, quality and management.

The goal is to optimize the relationship between foods consumed and milk product, the so-called index of
transformation and the reduction and / or elimination of drugs.

The health status of the animals is a factor closely linked to the welfare of the animal.

There are various points that generate problems for animal welfare. The animals live normally in a mass rearing
where they are exposed to increased stress; their food comes from plants grown in fields treated with
chemicals; It is also often neglected the hygiene of the stables. All this creates an ideal environment for
pathogens with an increased incidence of diseases that may also affect the quality of milk

A good prevention constituting a stable intestinal flora limiting and / or eliminating the spread of pathogenic
microorganisms is at the base of the animal's life.

THE INTAKE IMPORTANCE OF MICRO AND EXTRACTS IN POWER PLANT

The animals have a number of useful bacteria always present in the body, but there are also settled of
pathogenic germs. If an animal has a strong immune system, these germs are unlikely to harm you.

To prevent germs take over in an animal is first necessary to work on prevention by providing useful bacteria
from the outside

To the diet of cattle it is therefore necessary to add some microorganisms characterized by having significant
levels of biologically active compounds that promote health benefits or beneficial physiological effects
independently from having a nutritional role. And 'well it is known, human nutrition the activity of lactic acid
bacteria which are rich in certain types of yoghurt.

The total direct target of these ingredients is the intestine but indirectly it is the entire body of the beneficiary
effects. The function is to promote the proliferation and the balance of the bacterial composition that
constitutes the intestinal ecosystem. The intestinal microbiota is made up of hundreds of different bacterial
species and containing multiple metabolic activities affect the animal's health status. In terms of psycho-physical
stress, food, environmental or after taking drugs, there has been an imbalance of microflora (dysbiosis), which
makes the body susceptible to pathogens

Our "solutions" contain a pool of microorganisms capable of activating regenerative fermentations where they
can trigger degenerative processes, further strengthen this bond, with respect for nature, human and animal

Our products are considered food additives and why their use is subject to the rules laid down for the other feed
additives, in particular Regulation 1831/03.

58
According to this regulation microorganisms such as probiotics belong to the category of "zootechnical
additives" as "gut flora stabilizers."

The "grem" solutions bring more functional interventions such as:

THE BALANCE RESTORE THE INTESTINAL FLORA

IMPROVE RESISTANCE TO IMPACTS OF COLONIZATION AND / OR PREVENT IMPACTS OF DIARRHEA

REDUCTION OF SYSTEMIC BLOOD CHOLESTEROL

REDUCED LACTOSE INTOLERANCE

REDUCTION ENZYME ACTIVITIES HARMFUL BACTERIA Pathogens

IMPROVES ABSORPTION FOOTBALL

IMPROVES IMMUNE SYSTEM

VITAMINS SUMMARY

The improvement of animal health takes place by administering appropriate solutions in phases of life of dairy
cows.

59
3 - Destination of manure
In our studies and research, we found that the manure contain a real mine of fine materials to be exploited
commercially, through suitable treatments.

What we want to achieve is a strategic direction that is:

"Deal with the treatment of manure in order to obtain their maximum commercial exploitation, in order to
make more profitable their management making it virtually useless the parameters of the law because all the
products obtained by various processes will be convenient reused in" closed loop " without any emission or
destruction "

MANURE - HIGH QUALITY ORGANIC FERTILIZER

The purpose of intervention is shown to provide an effective response to the problem of nitrate with a livestock
waste to a broad spectrum of Environment recovery, with use of more energy-conservative systems through the
reintroduction of manure in the cycle of natural organic matter and humification.

In fact, even the current system of spreading of manure or manure, "cool" and / or "digestate as is" is not very
correct for environmental purposes, not only, but also for the purpose of better agricultural practices. Although,
perhaps, in full respect of the quantities required by the Nitrates Directive.

The spreading of manure not stabilized on the ground or with a carbon / nitrogen ratio of less than 10, involves
in the first case to subject the microbial flora of the soil at a slow process of "digestion" of the organic mass with
the gaseous emission of various nature or even the destruction of part of the microflora itself, actually caused
by the spreading of non-stabilized material. In the second case, the nitrogen is not fixed in the ground by the
appropriate amount of carbon, it tends to evaporate or percolate into the ground with the first rain, proposing
air pollution and / or groundwater, the Nitrates Directive would instead solve.

The goal of the project is to put into the market a new "organic fertilizer" high quality, achieved through the
combined use of farmyard manure and medicinal-medicinal herbal essences

The product comes with some major new features to distinguish it from others already on the market:

- release nitrogen (N) with: release both immediate and slow and continuous transformation of the
organic matter of the soil nitrogen and atmospheric nitrogen fixation
- Modification microbiological balance of the soil (from degenerative and regenerative)
- Toxic or repellent action against parasites and pathogenic fungi

Manure is composed of organic matter, nutrients (macro, meso and micro) and micro-organisms: most of the
dry matter are composed of microorganisms.

The bovine effluent combines a protective action, providing the soil of organic substances (C), with a fertilizing
action (N), providing the soil of nutrients and with the addition of appropriate micro-organisms and

fermentation of herbal essences or plants medicinal and / or medical contributing to soil microbiological
balance.

60
The new "high-quality organic fertilizer" has an added value compared to other organic fertilizers, as it
enhances a material considered poor but enriched by "active ingredients" of plant extracts is actually richer in
nutrients than other waste / by-products of agri-food industry.

First Solution:

Transformation of the slurry as it is in the soil conditioner and / or humus

small settlements and distribution land near

Second solution:

Separation of the solid and liquid and transformation in improver and/or

humus and liquid fertilizer for small/medium settlement

The second solution imply the separation of the solid matter from the liquid, from a humidity
of 70-80% down to 50%, with a squeeze the humidity is reduced to 20%.

THE PROBLEM

In poultry one of the most important conditions (in addition to temperature, relative humidity, air velocity and
harmful bacteria) is related to the quality of the environment. This fact too often overlooked and minimized
impact on some fundamental aspects:

- When the environment is close to the optimum conditions, the animal is able to make the most of their
productive and reproductive potential;

- The societal impact of stink issued by the activity of farming;

- Emissions with harmful effects on the environment (greenhouse gases)

SOLUTION

The sewage and excrement emitted from animals on farms are problematic products, as a result of a mixture of
feces and urine. Nature has ensured that all living beings superior expel feces and urine in various locations. This
is due to the fact that the "urease" enzyme decomposes the urine of faeces proteins, producing ammonia.
Ammonia is toxic to the nervous system and inhibits most of the microbes in the slurry and / or excrement.

In this way they dominate the processes of decay and release odors.

Moreover, the presence of air pollutants and dust environment can give rise to diseases in animals (loss of
appetite, irritation, eye inflammation, disorders and abnormalities of the respiratory tract) as well as producing
serious damage to the health of operators and civil society living in the vicinity of the breeding site.

The type of flooring, the method of collection of manure and climate conditions during the year affect the levels
of harmful gases.

65
GENERAL PURPOSE

The purpose of the "gr.em pol-system" technology is to provide for an effective response to the problem of
odors, nitrate, accumulation of droppings joining it a sanitization of husbandry air, flooring and in accumulation
of feces.

A sanitizing is an innovative system that provides for a reduction of organic odors (ammonia, hydrogen sulfide,
etc.) and pathogenic bacteria (salmonella, Staphylococcus, Pseudomonas) is in the pavement (storage area of
feces, urine and dust) that in of stool fermentation processes.

On farms animals often get sick because they are forced to stay in contact with their droppings (feces and urine)
that emit harmful gases, creating a problem in breathing, with the delivery of toxic chemicals (especially
ammonia, hydrogen sulphide) and microorganisms pathogens (bacteria, viruses, and some fungi).

The optimal solution for the resolution of the problem was found through "grem pol-system" technology that
uses the action of the combined solutions; which they work in synergy stop and prevent putrefaction processes
and eliminate the emission of odors and killing of bacteria, pesticides and fungi.

The "grem pol-system" technology can solve the problem with the following treatments:

- Livestock sanitation by air atomization and litter treatment

- Dietary supplement inserted feeding (drinking water) increases the number of beneficial microorganisms in the
gut and enhances the immune system and the composition of the feces.

The broad-spectrum efficacy of "grem" mother solution depends on the fact that the mother solution contains
several different strains of microorganisms: consists largely of lactobacilli, by microbes responsible for
photosynthesis, by fermenting yeasts and fungi working in synergy and that the solutions are in a specific
formulation that enhances the functionality and purifying deodorant.

This unique symbiotic together, present to another in nature and free from any manipulation at the genetic
level, is used to strengthen and positively redirect the microbial environment that already exists, to start a
process of regeneration and prophylaxis against degenerative or pathological phenomena.

At the end of the process it is enriched with energy and is comparable to other living beings. At the same time
this process favors the development of anti-oxidants, they are not emitted fumes and create a virtuous cycle
that keeps away pests and diseases

Treatment of the solid fraction "manure" of chickens

The proposed system for the solution includes a mixture of droppings with various herbs and seeds and
fermentation in an "anaerobic" environment in order to make possible rapid stabilization processes. The process
is closely unified and takes 4-6 weeks for ripening and includes the substrate control of oxidation, temperature
and humidity.

Project for the containment, and
eradication of
Red weevil palma
Rhynchophorus ferrugineus

71
72
The red palm weevil (Rhynchophorus ferrugineus) is a weevil beetle, native to Asia, deadly parasite of many
species of palm trees. It feeds the stem tissues, to affect the apical bud, resulting in the death of the plant. It
is important to consider that the palm trees are monocots, ie grow through a single terminal bud from which
originates all the leaves.

The red palm weevil (Rhynchophorus ferrugineus) a Beetle Weevil by the head elongated-shaped trunk, the
ends of which is the mouthparts (rostrum), with which the insect pierces the plant tissues. In color from
brown to rust-brown with black streaks.

The adult is long from 19 to 45 mm wide and from 11.50 to 15.50 mm and flies, just elegantly.

And 'it covered by a hard shell that you cannot scratch with hard spines of the palm. Live 3-4 months and
during that time can produce several generations, the development apparently does not stop even with the
cold but slows compared to summer. The palm is not abandoned until there is nothing left to eat, so if
nothing is done they will continue to produce hundreds or thousands of new insects

73
DEVELOPMENT CYCLE

The beetle Rhyncophorus ferrugineus, commonly known as red palm weevil, gets its name from the red
ferruginous that characterizes the adults of both sexes.

The beetle lives mainly within the the palm trunk, where he completed entirely their own biological cycle. The
red punch cycle (Rhynchophorus ferrugineus) fulfills all its life cycle in 82 days. Determine which stage it is
contributing to act properly to its eradication, it must take into account that the damage caused by the larvae
are visible only in an advanced stage of infestation. This insect typically develops as endophyte within the
attacked palms. Generally adults are attracted to plants damaged or diseased, but it is also possible infestation
of healthy plants. Identified a suitable palm, males produce a pheromone aggregation, whose main component
is the ferrugineolo, able to attract many female individuals to mate.

After mating, in May-June, the female perforates the plant at the base of the leaves or buds, in wounds or scars)
and lays there a hundred eggs. In a week the larvae that feed on the softer tissue, digging tunnels in the leaf
petiole and in the jamb, while mined leaves behind wilt and dry up. Finally pupae build a cocoon in cavities
excavated at the base of the petioles, which in May next will escape the adult. The cycle is only one per season.

Eggs. Spawning takes place in the younger parts and therefore more holding, inspecting first of these areas can
help identify its presence. The eggs are long and creamy white in color, it the female lays from a dozen to a
hundred at a time. After the hatching, the larvae make their way into the stem, creating tunnels that will
determine the destabilization of the plant.

The females lay their eggs in holes drilled with the rostrum in the parts that offer less resistance, both at the
base of the leaves or young shoots, both in wounds or scars on the plant. Eggs are laid rather superficially. Inside
the holes or of the pre-existing galleries and the female shall then to close the opening so as to protect them.
These have an elongated oval shape, generally more enlarged at the base; color may vary from yellowish white
to brown and range in size from 2.50 to 4.00 mm in length. The number of eggs laid by a female during her
reproductive life can vary by several tens to several hundreds. After the hatching, the larvae make their way into
the stem, creating tunnels that will determine the destabilization of the plant.

Larva. From the eggs, after about 2-5 days, the larvae emerge that are 35-50 mm long, pale brown or whitish
color with the head, the apparatus well developed masticatory and strongly chitinizzato, while the body consists
of 13 segments it is not with legs. They reach maturity in 1-3 months according to the climate, after 3-4 mute.
Inside the leaf stalk and the jamb the larva digs very deep also galleries, filling with sawdust mixed with
exudates of the plant. After the hatching, the larvae make their way into the stem, creating tunnels that will
determine the destabilization of the plant.

The presence of numerous galleries can undermine the stability of the palm up to determine the fall. After the
hatching, the larvae make their way into the stem, creating tunnels that will determine the destabilization of the
plant.

Pupa. Once reached maturity, the larvae stop feeding and cocooned in a sort of pupa, oval or subcylindrical,
formed by fibrous filaments derived from leaf structure and artfully intertwined.

Generally the cocoon is formed within the cavity dug at the base of the leaf stalk, or between the organic
substance axils of leaves, but sometimes also on the ground, at the base of the jamb. Even the pupal stage

74
duration is very variable, after about 14 - 21 Days (sometimes up to 50 days) from the cocoons protrude adults,
and then after the step of coupling, the cycle resumes. A generation, then, is completed in about 3 months.

Adult. The adult has a typical reddish color with black specks placed on the upper part of the chest, will
become visible to our eyes only after 20-30 days. The adult length can vary from 2 to 5 cm, and the
characteristic rostrum, which distinguishes all weevils, has an enlarged base on which are inserted the
antennas and on the distal portion is present a series of dense erected bristles. In the Mediterranean
environment the insect can carry three generations per year. In the absence of limiting factors, a single pair of
R. ferrugineus can create over 4 generations, about 53 million copies.

Damaged in the tender apical buds, the palm is no longer able to grow and produce new leaves. But the insect
also erodes the tissues at the base of the leaves causing the progressive desiccation, which is followed by the
death of the entire plant, which must be torn down and eliminated according to a precise procedure. Numerous
galleries can undermine the stability of the palm up to determine the fall.

the red weevil is so deadly that once attacked, the palm may even end its growing cycle. Initially, the infestation
of red palm weevil is manifested at the level of the foliage of the plant that has the characteristic drooping
appearance, after the leaves start to fall until reaching the advanced stage of infestation when the palm dies.

Just on the basis of these comments it shows how important in the prevention phase of the fight against red
weevil does not cause injury to the palm trees. In order to avoid the expansion of the pest, by taking early on
infestation outbreaks. In this regard, on the basis of objective difficulties in the early detection of attacks and
take action with curative interventions, it is of particular importance the following actions:

monitoring by observers of plant protection;

the maintenance of the palms in good nutritional and health conditions, as susceptibility to attacks by
wood-eating insects increases in plants under stress or at least weakened;

adoption of pruning techniques and treatments to reduce the potential of insect penetration sites;

the destruction of the infestation consisting attacked palms, adopting measures intended to prevent
the flicker of adults (removal of trees, construction of physical containment barriers, destruction by
shredding and burning very quickly).

To prevent infestation must first resort to prevention, in particular the palm is necessary to take care and keep it
in the best conditions, trying to control it accurately during the various periods of the year. The easiest way to
insect attack is represented by the cuts caused by pruning, so if it is done the same, you have to cover the
surface with protective mastics insecticides and fungicides

Gi.Erre Life offers services and products scientifically adequate to combating red weevil. It is "organic" products
with a very effective enforcement, "absolutely non-toxic to humans" and that consequently "do not create
problems for the cytotoxicity palm"!

Premise

The maintenance in good condition of a golf course requires a series of operations, whose intensities and
frequencies vary from season to season, according to a precise plan of intervention, and in relation to the type of
use and of soil and climate zone.

Management of the turf

The turfgrass management consists essentially, in addition to maintain a minimum level, but adequate soil
fertility, the use of a wide range of cultural practices and in controlling the levels of soil moisture also in tackling
the nutritional needs ranging evaluated as a function of the type of area and duration of the game, taking
account of the season, the vegetative composition, the type of substrate and also irrigation practiced.

Major maintenance and renewal activities can be grouped as follows:

- Cutting;

- Defelting, aeration and topdressing;

- Weeding, fungicide treatments and fertilization;

- Leaves collection;

- Restoration and repair turfgrass;

- Irrigation;

- Raking and leveling of the bunkers;

- Combat the problems caused by diseases, insects and weeds.

79
The golf courses generally use pesticides in a massive way, herbicides, fertilizers, concealers, dyes and elements
divorced to change the environmental conditions

If These harmful elements used so poorly selective but energetic, destroying flora and fauna sedentary, create
hazards and unacceptable conditions for the environment and for the migratory fauna, even for players who
absorb them through inhalation and contact.

These products are even dangerous to store and use being poisonous, carcinogenic, flammable, explosive, etc.

PESTICIDES
Even in this sensitive area is no lack of attempts to disguise the possible dangers of using herbicides and
pesticides for the maintenance of greens. Propaganda efforts, admittedly, the various golfing federations are
remarkable and have tried to engage in these even some environmental groups, organizations and institutions.
All this to try to dispel the serious doubts about the risks of pollution of water resources, wildlife and plant near
the sports track.

POLLUTION CONTROL

Our program encourages them to adopt products "natural" that ensure safe and adequate measures in the use,
in order to minimize or rather eliminate any risk of pollution, respect the environment and the health of players.

80
The Golf Club Asiago is one of Europe's most beautiful mountain courses. The path winds with extremely diverse
trends, among shady fir woods and large meadows, ideal for both amateur golfers and advanced players.

If we add to these beauties environmental safety and health of guests, the golf course will be in line with your
actual Golf sportsmanship that places nature at the center of the game.

Maintenance-conversion "traditional" to "biological"

Proposal

The technique that you will use, already tested in other golf courses, allows you to change the method of
fertilization, reducing synthetic fertilizer with a program to make to local requests. Our program aims to
stimulate and develop the root system from natural products such as plant extracts, proteins and
microorganisms in the soil those who perform biochemical reactions that facilitate the maintenance works,
thereby achieving optimum capacity to assimilate by turfgrass. At the end of the turf program it becomes a bio-
filter that improves surface water, avoid allergies caused by pesticides and shakes from the infamy of polluting
sports.

Why use our products

The microenvironment that we will create below the play mat, it is like the stomach of a living being: digests the
elements present in the food. With our solutions you get that with the water resources of an already
metabolized so arrivals grass short, giving the turf all the elements necessary to reduce the chances' of wear. In
general terms this micro-environment can be understood as a "reactive sponge."

81
Our products
The Gi.Erre Life is a company specialized in the research and development of technological solutions in the field
of animal husbandry, agriculture and environment.

The company's philosophy was and is to develop through the use of natural products and methods of
application systems that meet the multiple needs the sectors creating new products that ensure the
authenticity and security, even in industrial production.

The first recommended product and experienced for the turf is an association of mycorrhizae with other
microorganisms living benefits (Group 1 Register Dyestuff under the European Regulation EC no. 1831/2003)
and medicinal herbs extracts chosen for easy maintenance of the turf. Particular products and selected on the
farm fungi in contact with the roots turfgrass give rise to mycorrhizae. These radicals beneficial fungi, have
developed a natural survival strategy that helps the turf to overcome stress especially those extremes such as
heat, cold and excess felt.

These organisms colonize the roots, helping them to absorb nutrients and water from the soil, the
grass seedlings in return provide sugars mushrooms. From our studies turf (greens, which can be
considered sterile ecosystems) stressed by excess felt and subsequently treated with our product
(working in oxygen-free environment), they have developed a true center of intensive care, restoring
all those substances they need, but not available in the anaerobic phase caused by the felt.

Not treated Treated

82
The first action you notice is a regeneration and root development followed by a lush planting.

Using this product after aeration with micro punch tips or 6 mm, ensures a compact texture of the red tops,
which ensure faster greens and a rumbling of uniform ball that follows the green profile.

The bacterial strains added to the mushrooms were chosen to attack the lignin felt, favoring a humification
thrust of cutting debris and dead roots. Finally bacteria nitrogen fixers (azotobacter that exist in nested bubbles
in the roots of plants that accumulate nitrogen), regulate and fix this element by reducing the conditions
conducive to the development of pathogenic fungi. In case of fungal attacks we recommend to disinfect after
cutting with a product designed for the infected areas.

Conversion program

The application program of our "natural" products free from herbicides, fertilizers or chemical additives, has a
term of three years (with gradual reduction of fertilizers synthesis and fungicides), using "guidelines" that meet
defined atmospheric conditions the nutritional needs and damage caused by insects and players.

Conclusion

We confirm that this methodology allows us to get the golf course as a '' natural oasis' which puts the game in
the middle of "nature .

The composting line Gi.Erre Life uses three categories of materials:

- Wet: (kitchen scraps - marc - manure etc.) - Nitrogen

- Dried: (various structural materials plant) - Carbon

- Solutions "grem": the inclusion in the organic mass of microbial populations and "active ingredients" of
certain types of seeds and / or plants

The ground organic fraction is presented as a pulp which appears to be a homogeneous mass is extremely
suitable for the anaerobic fermentation thanks to the characteristics of porosity and high surface of contact
provided for the insertion and the development of microbial populations and of the "active ingredients" of
certain of seeds and plants placed in the organic mass.

TRADITIONAL COMPOSTING COMPOSTING WITH SOLUTION "GREM"

- Process aerobic (presence of air) Anaerobic (without air)

- Via the decomposition putrefaction Fermentation path

- The process that requires constant turning Does not require turning (little manpower)

- Can produce bad odors It does not produce bad smells

- It can attract flies and unpleasant insects Attracts beneficial insects

- Nutrients are directed to the elements (insoluble) Nutrients are immediately available in water-
and are not readily available for the taking of soluble form for recruitment of plants
plants

- Loss of energy (up to 80%) of the original nutrient Increased energy, beneficial substances are
content is lost through leaching and volatilization created and shared between aerobic organisms
and anaerobic, keeping the nutrients

- It needs large amounts of plant nutrients to meet It requires amounts below to meet the
the needs nutritional needs of plants

- Requires at least three months to complete the It requires only 30-40 days to be ready for use
composting

- No control of the microflora Controlled inoculation of beneficial microflora

Test pilot for the reduction of organic constituents IDR in domestic wet waste

Sito: composting plant in Arzignano (Vi)

The project plan

ESTRATTO DALLA RELAZIONE DEL PROGETTO PILOTA PRESENTATA AL CLIENTE

... On the basis of data received, we proposed to the commission to conduct an individual for the treatment of
compost from the collection of the organic fraction.
... The purpose of the test is the reduction of the degree of IDR (Breathing Index Dynamics) for the return of the
prescribed parameter for law n table.
... The study prepared by ns. technical service plan to include a mix of products (solid and liquid) in order to
break down odors produced in the processing cycle of wet and stabilize the compost.

... We designed to install along the conveyor belt, indicated in the attached table with the nr. 3 (see red box),
immediately after mixing the moist with the green part, a hopper full of "pulverizing" for distribution of a
mineral flour with the aim to favor the soil of cultivation of microorganisms.
... Then always in the same portion of the conveyor belt we will be placed on specific predetermined points nr. 4
nozzles for irrigation of the liquid mixture of microorganisms "grem". The mixtures in question have been
studied and fermented in ns. headquarters targeted for the case referred to the object. The sprinklers will be
calibrated and adjusted for total coverage of the carpet width.
... A system of photocells can ensure the synchronization and the drive of the various equipment can reduce
both the energy consumption and the materials employed.

Rilevamento Grado IDR.
