Pillars of traffic-traffic engineering

This science of measuring traffic and travel the study of basic

law. Relative to the traffic law and generation. The knowledge to
the professional practice of planning .deciding and operating
traffic system to achieve safe and efficient transportation of
persons and goods.
By the knowledge and sweat that we've take to create this
proposal. We start first to gather some informations.finding a
question and answer and by that we used the 5s and 1h to our
foundation.
The following are questions that are using 5s and 1h.
Where is the part of Quezon City that has been having a traffic
(Near to our location)?
What are the major causes of traffic?
Why does it is having a traffic?
Who are the responsible that cause traffic?
When? A question that asking about the time and day.
How? Is the answer to the problem or it is the solution to our
traffic problem.
Ans.
(Where)The part that we study is the road of Quirino and General
Luis road.
(What)The major cause of traffic is the lacking of government
facilities and those people who are not following the rule and
regulations.
(Why) because of the lacking of facilities and proper knowledge of
public person. They are the problem to roads they didn't follow
and then they also obey to rules that implemented.
(Who)They are the people who does not known proper and lack
of ability and knowledge so they are also one of the problems.
And then the drivers same as the public people they also dont
know the proper and even those they know right but they are
SUMUSUWAY or obey whats in the law.
(When)Base on my observation the day and time that having a
heavy traffic is weekdays or work days. I observe that when that
ratio of vehicle in weekends is lesser than weekdays. The ratio of
Vehicle when weekdays is triple than weekend Let say today is
Monday a ratio of vehicle on road is 12,000 but when it come in
weekend its running ratio of car is 3,000 so its a lot of different
when weekday.
(How)It is the answer or the solution to our problem. The answer
to all above question.

So after we determined al the causes and problem. Lets go

to our proposal we have think this is will help our society's have
an improvement

1. Road widening
2. Old school vehicular phase-out.
3. Adding footbridge to highway or major roads

Definition Road widening - based on republic act no 917 sec 3.e

reconstruction" means" a widening or rebuilding of a highway or
any portion thereof to make it a continues road of sufficient width
and strength to care adequately for traffic needs.

This proposal was the most need to be prarioritized by

government.Because even they create such as many laws and
regulation if the people that they wanted to do it is always.
Obeying so what is the senses of their laws if there are no
followers. So we think that we should do some adjustment to
avoid traffic and accident. And also the ratios of vehicles are
increasing that cause also traffic. We cannot stop the cars
manufacturers and buyers to build and bought cars. So its
majority that we have to make total adjustment.

Trivia.
Base on study last year 2016 the automotive manufacturer said
the total of car that was solved is Above/less 350.000 units of cars
and also said that it will more unit of cars will be solved every
year. So By road widening we could less the traffic that is always
happening and it will be safer to drive.
Example. If there accident on road
This is an example when accident in road happen a heavy traffic
and even it is also a thin road a lot of patient you must.
 Next proposal (old vehicular phase out at age of ten (10)
years) old this must be done early and sign to which a vehicle that
might old should be take it off road or scrap, because it will take a
risk to an owners, Travellers and or passengers. They may be
scared when a vehicle that is on service is old. Rusty and slow
and it will took a lot of time and space.
The LTFRB has mandated that shuttles older than 15 years
should be phased out in favour of newer, Euro 4 emissions
compliant vehicles. Should such a ban on older vehicles be
imposed for other types as well?

So we talks about to what they want to implement and study more

about it

Vehicle phase out this is which old car must scrap and disposed
because it will took a lot of time and space when the car is broke
in the middle of road it will also a lot of traffic and time and space

And( last adding foot bridge) in major roads and main road
We think that this project will avoid some accident to person and
cars.
When people are walking on road they are near in harm and
accident. We dont know if we are safe always when we are
walking .so we propose that we should add more foot bridge and
by adding foot bridge we can also avoid traffic.

Like what is in quote prevention is better than cure

So like what I said early year what is law if there are no follower
and they obey it. So we think that adjustment .we cannot blame
the people who violet the law because even the law prevent or is
law avider

This will less accident to people
