CLUSTER PR & COMMUNICATI ON S MANAGER

The Cluster PR Manager is responsible for all public relations, marketing and social
media strategy as well as related duties for LUX* South Ari Atoll and LUX* North Male
Atoll, under the general guidance and supervision of the Regional Director of Sales &
Marketing, Maldives.

This role requires the candidate to train and direct PR executive in writing and editing
press releases, video editing, photography, reviewing marketing material, managing
all social media channels, creating and developing collaterals, producing newsletters,
representing the brand by pitching newsworthy ideas and angles to media, creating
speeches and other matters relevant to communications. The Cluster PR Manager
will plan, organise and share ideas with the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing in
terms of pre-opening plans; social media plans as well as existing plans for both
properties.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors or Masters in Public Relations, Journalist or Communications

Minimum three years experience in Public Relations
Excellent in English, both oral and written
Developing press releases, speeches, memos and other related materials
Strong social media knowledge Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat
Passionate in creating videos Facebook LIVE, Instagram LIVE, editing using
Final Cut or similar program
Proficiency in computer knowledge with basic skill for designing
