signed and returned to KoSFoST within a week after the submission of the manuscript. If the Contribution is
not accepted for publication this Agreement shall be nullified.

This form must be signed by the corresponding author (who has obtained consent of the others, if any). In the
case of a work made for hire (a work prepared by an employee within the scope of his or her employment or
commissioned as a work for hire under a written agreement), both the authorized representative of the

Global copyright to the article listed above in print as well as electronic versions is hereby transferred to the
Korean Society of Food Science and Technology and Springer, effective if and when the article is accepted for
publication in the journal identified above. After submission of the Copyright Transfer Statement signed by the
corresponding author, changes of authorship or in the order of the authors listed will not be accepted by
Korean Society of Food Science and Technology and Springer.

The author(s) reserve all proprietary rights other than copyright, such as patent rights and the right to use all or
part of this article in future works of his or her own including lectures, press releases, reviews, textbooks, or
reprint books.

The author(s) also confirm that the manuscript contains no materials the publication of which would violate any
copyright or other personal or proprietary right of any person or entity.
