Surabaya Museum Tour Itinerary

Day 1

The tour will get started at 9 in the morning. The tour will be started from Novotel Surabaya
Hotel and Suites. For the transportation, we will use Isuzu Elf with the maximum capacity of
12 people. The first destination will be the famous House of Sampoerna. In this place, you will
enrich your knowledge about cigarette making process from time to time and of course the
history of one of the biggest cigarette industry in Indonesia. The next destination would be
Health Museum Dr. Adhyatma MPH. In this museum, you will know more about medical
utensils and many kinds and type of medical practice in Indonesia. You will not only know the
conventional western medical practice but also the native medical practice of Indonesia. And
the next destination is Submarine Monument (Monumen Kapal Selam). This one is a submarine
that was used by Indonesian soldier to freed Irian Barat from Dutch colonials. You will know
about submarine in general and one part of the history of Indonesia as well. At 10 in the
evening, we will head back to Novotel Hotel. That is the end of the first day tour.

Day 2

The tour will be started at 9 in the morning. The first destination would be Indonesian Cancer
Museum. Beside the knowledge about cancer, by visiting this place, you will enhance your
awareness of cancer. The next destination is Loka Jala Crana Museum. Established in 1969,
this museum has many collections of weapon and any other tools used by Indonesian marine.
And, the next one is The Museum of Bank of Indonesia. Here you will know deeply about
Indonesian banking and monetary history. That is the end of the tour.
