This is to express my intention to apply for the position of MASTER TEACHER - TVL at a Senior
High School in Pila and Santa Cruz districts where Bread and Pastry NCII, Cookery NCII, and Food
and Beverage Service NCII courses are being offered. My name is on the 2017 SHS RQA under TVL-
HE with a score of 88.64.

I am currently teaching at Tubuan ES as TEACHER III. As for my educational qualifications, I am a

graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education, Major in Home Economics on 2005; and
Master of Arts in Education, Major in Technology and Home Economics on 2015.

For my skills qualification, I am a holder of COMMERCIAL COOKING NCIV, BREAD AND PASTRY
NCII, COOKERY NCII, and FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE NCII. My TRAINERS METHODOLOGY
1 (TM1) is on cue for the assessment. Supporting documents of the following qualifications are
