proposal for TVET Capability Development Project to assist you offering TVL tract of Senior
High School and TESDA regulated courses.

 Proposal For
TVET CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

DELIVERABLES

A. Evaluate capability of the organization/school.

B. Draft Capability Building Plan on identified areas of development
C. Scout for expert who shall develop the curriculum and the learning modules for
each identified areas of development.
D. Draft Competency Based Curriculum based on TESDA requirements.

E. Facilitate TVET program registration

PROJECT FEE : Monthly Consultant Retainers Fee of 10,000.00. Curriculum

Development Fee of 1,000.00/ unit of competency/
qualification. Exclusive of tax.

Optional Service: Learning Materials Development Fee 150,000.00

(outright fee).

TERMS : 50% downpayment shall be made upon acceptance of the project and
succeeding payments shall be based on the specified timelines
of deliverable.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

I. SCHOOL-VICTORY ELIJAH CHRISTIAN COLLEGE

1. SCHOOL shall provide the venue should a meeting be necessary.

2. SCHOOL shall shoulder the transportation expenses of the resource person to and
from PSID office.
3. SCHOOL shall take care of the supplies and materials needed in printing the
curriculum and other documents required.
4. SCHOOL shall provide a copy of the signed proposal as the project takes off.

II. SERVICE PROVIDER--MARIA REGINA AMORES (MRRA)

1. MRRA shall serve as the Project Leader who shall perform the tasked involved.
2. MRRA shall submit the soft copy of the expected output based on the timelines of
the Capability Building Plan.
 3. MRRA is responsible for selecting the SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT who shall
develop and validate the content of the identified TESDA courses.to offer.
4.

SAFETY CLAUSE

1. VICTORY ELIJAH CHRISTIAN COLLEGE shall not be held liable for

cancellation of the project caused by force majeure or Acts of God.

2. The fifty (50%) downpayment made shall be deemed forfeited should cancellation
(not caused by force majeure or Acts of God) happen midway through the project.

3. MRRA and VICTORY ELIJAH CHRISTIAN COLLEGE shall exert all

efforts to resolve issues emanating from this engagement in the best possible way
so as to preserve goodwill.

Rescission/Amendment: The proposal may only be rescinded or amended upon the mutual
consent of the parties involved.
