OBJETIVOS
El objetivo de esta presentacin es estudiar las implicaciones logsticas derivadas de destinar la
totalidad del GNL procedente de la Terminal de Per a Canaport, Far East, Espaa y Manzanillo
mediante la siguiente asignacin de cantidades a lo largo del periodo 2010 2014:

Cuanto ms tarde entre Manzanillo en produccin mayor ser la necesidad de flota, puesto que la rotacin a Costa Azul es 5
das superior a la de Manzanillo. De comenzar en Abril 2012 evitaramos una carga Spot/FOB y se necesitaran 2 meses 1
menos de un buque de 155.000 m3 4

De acuerdo a las bases consideradas la logstica es viable haciendo uso de 5 buques de 173.500 m3, 2 buques de 155.000 m3 y 1
4* buques de 138.000 m3
* Seran necesarios 3 buques de 138.000 m3 para retirar un total de 7 cargas que no llegan a recoger los 2 buques de 173.500 m3 que se incorporan en
octubre y diciembre. En funcin del tiempo que pase desde el inicio del Ramp Up hasta alcanzar una produccin estable, es posible que no sea necesario
retirar parte de esas 7 cargas

La rotacin de las cargas se ve alterada con la entrada de Costa Azul. Como consecuencia se detectan varias situaciones de
riesgo por falta de disponibilidad de producto y Tank Top, aunque tericamente podran solventarse con el margen disponible por
cada buque**
Es necesario retirar dos cargas spot. Se propone valorar su venta en posicin FOB

La rotacin de las cargas se ve definitivamente alterada tras asignar dos buques de 173.500 m3 a Manzanillo. Se vuelven a
producir repetidas situaciones de riesgo de Tank Top y falta de disponibilidad de producto que, en principio, tambin podran
asumirse con el margen disponible**
** Se deber considerar la construccin de un tercer tanque de almacenamiento en la planta de Per. Alternativamente se puede considerar el subfletamento de un buque de
aprox. 138.000 m3 de almacenamiento, aunque en este caso habr que tener en cuenta el riesgo que supone la prdida de regularidad en origen y destino al intercambiarse 9
buques de distinta capacidad

Resumen de conclusiones
Durante el periodo Q4 2011 hasta Q4 2012, una vez comienza a destinarse GNL a
Costa Azul, se altera la rotacin de cargas en Per, generando riesgos de Tank Top que
tericamente podran resolverse con el margen disponible en cada viaje

Objetivos
El objetivo de esta presentacin es analizar la viabilidad logstica de las distintas
alternativas de suminsitro de GNL a Escobar (Argentina) con regasificacin
continua y sin interrupcin en el suministro de la planta

Conclusiones
ALTERNATIVA 1 (buques 138.000 m3 + 1 buque 70.000 m3) VIABLE
El buque auxiliar puede estar disponible en la zona STS para recibir un buque de 138.000 m3 cada 10 das.
Send out medio buque regasificador = 12.600 m3 GNL / da
Tiempo utilizacin buque 138.000 en operacin = 6,5 das (desde llegada a STS hasta partida desde boya recalada)
