A proven method of positively of confirming a completed sterilization
cycle in both gravity discharge and vacuum autoclaves.
White indicator lines change to black when proper levels of moisture and
temperature have been achieved.
The uniquely lines cannot be rubbled off and will not contaminates surgical
instruments or dressings.
Adheres on contact and stays in place through live steam pressure.
Made of saturated crepe paper printed with white indicator lines that turn
to black once autoclave process is completed.
Each roll individually wrapped.
This tape does not contain lead or natural rubber latex.

Biological Indicators for monitoring sterilization

Delta BI is a self-contained biological indicator for monitoring steam and ethylene oxide sterilization. Delta BI contains bacterial spores on a filterpaper carrier
packaged within a small, thermoplastic culture tube. Inside the thermoplastic culture tube is a sealed-glass ampoule of specially-formulated containing a color
indicator which turns a dramatic yellow when spores grow.
