People are creatures of the have been created in pairs. Hence humans have the
right to have children. A child will be happy when have family compact and
harmonious. But , we have all seen parents dissent will result in contention even
resulted in divorce. The impact of the divorce will result in children to stress , feel
loved or feel unhappy. This would cause children to change personality and
mental children will become drop so likely to cause the conflict .

The purpose of this research is to find impact of divorce parents to learning a


civil.

This research uses the method descriptive kualitatis who described by the fact
that occurs in SMAN 1 Baleendah.

Based on the results of the studies have found that the impact of divorce
parents of the civil learning a was mental children will be disrupted and son was
not in baby by his parents.

So that it can be concluded in most of the students sman 1 baleendah not like
the divorce that occurs in their families , therefore they be a man of stubborn ,
maudlin , and was not confident or mental child will be disrupted. Most of the
students also feel shame if their parents experienced divorce hence the students do
not want to their parents divorced.

For teenagers whose parents divorced have to be patient and accept what has
happened , do not let it divorce parents as an excuse not to able to achieve a
dream.

PREFACE

Thank to Almighty God for helping me and give me chance to finish this

assighment timely, and the title is THE IMPACT OF PARENTAL DIVORCE

ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDRENS LEARNING BEHAVIOR

The writer interested to knowing extent of influence about THE IMPACT

OF PARENTAL DIVORCE ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDRENS

LEARNING BEHAVIOR.

The writing of this research was to fulfill the task English with the goal of

students have experience and understanding in preparing the research report

properly. But, the author realizes there are still many shortcomings in terms of

material, the structure of language and typing techniques. Therefor autors expect

criticismn constructive suggestions that in the preparation of similar task in order

to better.

Dont forget the writer is grateful to allthose who have helped show this

CHAPTER 1

INTRODUCTION

1.1 The Research Background

Humans are creatures of God who has created pairs. Therefor humans has the

right to have children. A child will fell happy if it has a compact and harmonious

family. But often we see parents who disagree will lead to squarrels and even lead

to divorce. The impact of the divorce would cause children to become

stressed,feel unloved or feel unhappy. This will cause the child to be changes in

personality and mental child will be a drop that is likely to cause conflict.

Conflict is a social process between two or more people where one party

trying to get rid of the other party to destroy or make powerless. A fact which

occurs in children whose parents went through a divorce is the childs behavior

becomes deviant,the learning achievement of children is declining,the child

becomes less attention and affection,children become insecure and unconfident.

The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive that describes based

on actual data. The purpose of this research is that everyone understands the

impact of parental divorce on the development of childrens learning behavior.

Based on the problems above, the writer interested in conducting research

with the title THE IMPACT OF PARENTAL DIVORCE ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF

CHILDRENS LEARNING BEHAVIOR


1.2 The Research Questions

Based on the background described above, the author would formulate a


problem as below :

1.What is the impact of divorce on childrens learning behavior?

1.3 The Research Purpose

Based on the background and the formulation of the problem, the objective to
be achieved is:

1. To determine the impact of parental divorce on childrens learning


behavior.

1.4 The Research Benefit

This study is expected to provide benefits for:

a. Teacher

In order to help students to better know themselves and provide


information about the importance of family.

b. Student

Those students are better able to address the problems in the family with a
better and more prudent in making decisions.

c. School

Provides an overview of the role of school to support children in the


family.
1.5 Writing system

Chapter 1 Introduction, provides background issues that illustrate The


Effect Of Parents Divorce Against The Development Of Childrens Learning
Behaviour.

Chapter 2 Study of theory,contains theories that explain the Effect of


Divorce Parents Against Child Development Learning Behavior.

Chapter 3 Research methodology, lists of the research methodology.

Chapter 4 The results of research and discussions, contains the results of


research and discussions.

Chapter 5 Conclusions and suggestions, contains about interpretation and

meaning researcher on the results of the analysis finding.


CHAPTER II

LITERATURE REVIEW

2.1 The Definition of Divorce

The notion of divorce is divorce or separation of living life between


husband and wife as a result of their failure to carry out their respective roles
bonds.

2.2 The Definition of Family

The family is the smallest unit of society consisting of the head of the
family and some people gathered and lived somewhere under one roof in a state of
mutual dependence.

2.3 The Role of Family

The family is the first place where the child knows and educated by his
parents, both the values and norms that exist in society. As well as the family is
the primary agent of change in shaping a childs personality .There are a variety of
rules within the family according to Effendy Nasrul (1998, page 34) are as
follows:

1. The role of fathers: Father as a husband from his wife and children,acts
as a breadwinner, educator,protector and provider safety, as head of the
family, as a member of a social group as well as members of the
community from the environment.
2. The role of mother :As his wife and children.the mother has a role to
take care of the household as their childrens up bringing,protective
and as one of a group of social role as well as community members
from the environment, beside it also can serve as a mother earner in the
family.

3. The role of children : Children carry out the role psychosocial


accordance with the level of development of physical,mental,social
and spiritual.

Of the various roles above, it is very obvious that every member of the
family both father,mother and their children have their respective roles. Where the
family should perform their duties in accordance with its role.

2.4 The Definition of Learning

Learning is all mental or psychic activity that takes place in an active


interaction in an environment that result in a change in the management of
understanding.

2.5 The Definition of Socialization and Personality

Socialization is the process of planting or transfer customs or values or


norms from one generation to another. Whereas, personality is the overall
behaviour of an individual with a certain inclination system that interacts with a
series of situations.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

3.1. Research Methodology


In this study, research method used is desccriptive research method.
According Moh. Nazir (1999:63) descriptive research is a method in researching
the status of human groups,an object, a set of conditions, a system of thought or a
class at the present time
According to sources that the authors obtained from Maulana (2009),
Research Methodology, http://blog.unila.ac.id, (January 10 2014).
Descriptive study did not look for or explain the relationship, not test
hypotheses or make predictions. Characteristic that is very prominent in this study
is the emohasis on observation and natural atmosphere (naturalistis setting) where
research into the field and did not attempt tp manipulate variables. Researchers act
as subjects in the study as well as observers and only create categories of
perpetrators, watch for signs and recorded his observations in the book.

3.2. The Research Time and Place


1. A study conducted in January 2017.
2. A study in Senior High School 1 Baleendah Bandung.

3.3. The Research Object


Research object is Senior High School 1 Baleendah Bandung, that is 30
students of a class X,XI and XII

3.4. The Data Collection Technique


Technique data collection used in this research was:
1. The literature study
Is a method of where writer sought information and conduct data
collection by how to read and summarizes a reading from various books
pertaining to matter research.
2. Browsing
Is a method of where writer sought information and the data
collected by opening site that deals with a title had previously been set
writer and seeking facts happens on the field so writer get a jidgment
broader.
3. Questionnaire
The study is done by making a few questions in the form of chief
and to be distributed to a population that would check.

The spread of chief or the questionnaire to respondents done to net data.


This technique used to respondents can conveying a reply in accordance with our
own ingrained perceptions. The questionnaire arranged in the form of scale likert
that uses questions closed to avoid biased towards response or answer
respondents. The questionnaire includes the questions relating to the title
Influence Divorce Parents to the Development of Unmannerly Learn Children
The following are questions asked an author in chief to be filled out by 30
the respondents who have determined :

RESULTS OF FINDINGS AND DISCUSSION

4.1 Findings

Through the questionnaire,writer do spread of chief to 30 respondents in


the sample of 400 a population that is students Senior High School 1 Baleendah
years lessons 2016-2017. Here is the result the spread of chief.

4.2. Discussion

Based on the results of chief to be distributed to 30 respondents to


statement 1: i do not like my parents divorced , then said yes 90 % , not 3 % ,
sometimes 7 % .Statement 2: i feel distressed if they find my parents divorced , then
said yes 93 % , not 0 % , sometimes 7 % .Statement 3: i do not care when my parents
divorced , then said yes 3 % , not 80 % , sometimes 17 % .

Statement 4: i agree when my parents divorced , then said yes 0 % , not 87


% , sometimes 13 % .Statement 5: i would feel unhappy when my parents
divorced , then said yes 63 % , not 17 % , sometimes 20 % .Statement 6: i feel
ashamed when my parents divorced , then said yes 70 % , not 10 % , sometimes
20 % .

sometimes 33 % .Statement 15: there is the influence of divorce parents to mental
children , then said yes 90 % , not 3 % , sometimes 7 % .

Based on the research done it has been discovered that impact of divorce
parents to unmannerly learn the son was mental children will disturbed and
anakpun feel not in baby by both his parents .
CHAPTER 5

CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATION

5.1 Conclusions

At the moment divorce in indonesia is quite a lot , can be seen from


parents the students sman 1 baleendah i know that parents they are divorced
.Therefore more and more many the divorce in this world if not we had from now.

We can see everywhere teenager who know intercommunication free the


average a result of divorce parents , if all parents experienced divorce what about
teenagers in which to come ?Could be nothing there will be teenager concerned
with indonesia country , case they is thinking of emotion that had come upon
them .

Most of the students of Baleendah 1 Senior High School are not happy
with divorce occurring in their families , so that they of being a stubborn ,
maudlin , and not confident or mental children will be threatened .Most also the
students embarrassed if their parents experienced divorce hence the students do
not want to their parents divorced .

5.2. Recommendation

1.Expected for parents guard against divorce, because divorce can create mentally
a child disturbed, and felt not in care about.

2.For youth who parents his experienced divorce have to restraint to approach
pergaualan free 3.If parents you quarrel keep them, try tranquilize them not made
it s getting hotter

4.For teenagers whose parents divorced have to more patient and accept what has
happened, do not made divorce parents as an excuse not to able to achieve a
dream.
