INTRODUCTION

Excellence of the people who are part of the organization will definitely be its asset and
advantage over the competitors. Enhancing and forming the abilities and skills of this asset is a great
concern the company must accomplished to be successful in achieving organizational goal and
objectives. Conducting trainings is the most solution for this matter. Training for the betterment not
only of the skill but also the employees characters and helping them to be at their most possible
abilities. To achieve the Brunt Hotels objective which is to be successful in venturing hotels outside the
UK , the management must train and prepare those selected managers that will be assign in managing
the new hotels in the venture in France. This will help them to easily adjust in the new culture that they
must adapt.

Abstract

The management hire six candidates to work overseas and they are confident that these six can
successfully open the new hotels. The success of these manager is vital to the success of the business so
they ensure they provide effective training and development for the candidates and which is divided
into the parts pre-departure training and on-the-job training.

Since they never sent employees abroad before they are not sure about what it should be included in
training program.

METHODOLOGY

The managers must undergo adequate trainings in order to perform their tasks in other country
effectively and acquire enough knowledge on how to operate and manage the firm as required. These
methods will help the organization on developing and preparing the chosen managers thru these
suggested trainings.

1. Determine the positions of the people that must be trained.

2. After determining the specific position, search for the required enhancement and training programs.

3. Design the appropriate schedule of trainings.

4. Prepare the trainees for the implementation of the training programs

5. Evaluate and monitor the improvement of the trainees.

ACTION:

Brunt Hotels believes that the best way to execute training effectively and timely is to divide it into two
parts:

ANALYSIS

As an interpretation to the results and data that we have collected and gathered, this designed training
program will be effective in terms of preparing and enhancing the selected people that will be sent to
France. These training programs contain all the necessary activities that will improve the skills and
abilities of the selected managers.

CONCLUSIONS

From the above training constructed and proposal before and after the departure or on the job, we
therefore conclude that the learning of every individual is continuous. Even the best and qualified
managers still have room for improvements. It opens new opportunities and broadens the specifications
to be an effective manager and achieve target objective and goals. Trainings are also a way for self-
assessment about recent performance.
