STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

I am Rejish Shrestha aged 19 resident of Tulsipur -05, Dang Nepal.

I passed my S.L.C from Tulsi Boarding Higher Secondary
School,Tulsipur -05 with 69.13%.For further higher education I
joined Public Gyan Jyoti H.S School, Halwar,Dang and secured
55.10% in management faculty.After +2 I thought of studing
abroad so i sat for the tofel exam as scored 69.I want to lead a
group of qualified and devouted staffs as a manager .After
counselling with my seniors and respected teachers ,I decided to
pursue my academic studies into Leadership and Management .
I am from a middle class family with 3 members including me . My
father name is Mr.Rajendra Kumar Shrestha and my mother name
is Krishnamaya Rajbhandari.My parents are financing me for study
in abroad . My father owns a business firm named Rapti Plastic
Suppliers with annual profit of NRs.712,220. Same as my father
my mother also owns a business firm named Sworgadwari Plastic
with annual profit of NRs. 1,036,062 making total annual income
of my family NRS.1,748,282 equivlant to AUSD$ 22,970.46.
Concerned about my passion and career I want to be in a
managerial position because I have the born/gained qualities to
lead, inspire ,delegate and coach/direct.I motivate myself to get
better than I was but I have failed manytimes. These failures have
always been my inspiration. I want to show same motivation and
dedication in my work. After gaining experiences from different
reputed and renowned organizations, I will use my aggregated
experience to enhance,promote and profit the emerging
organizations of Nepal.
I rigorously researched on the options related to my choice of
course of study here in Nepal and abroad, to be decisive of a
particular country was really challenging. However, this dilema did
not last for long and I came to conclude myself for studying in
Austrila .Australia is an increasingly popular study destination with
international students from across the globe. For many students,
Australia represent a better study destination than other popular
alternatives like the UK and the US.8 out of 100 top universities in
the world are in Australia .Australia offers an educational
experience that makes a real difference. It provides a unique kind
of education and a learning style that encourages one to be
innovative, creative and think independently. Graduates from
Australia are very successful in finding jobs and hold prominent
positions worldwide.Graduates form foreign countries like
Australia are more likely to get appreciable opportunity then the
domestic graduates.

and United Kingdom. International students are also able to work
part time while they study, allowing them manage there expenses
by themself.Post-Study Work(PSW) ,the Temporary Graduate visa
(subclass 485) allows graduates to work in Australia temporarily
after they finish their studies,which enhances their practical
knowladge and working expreince.Australia also have introduced
ESOS The Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000
(ESOS Act) sets out the legal framework governing delivery of
education to international students in Australia on a student visa.
The Australian Government, through the Department of Education
and Training, administers the ESOS Act and its associated
instruments.The Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS)
framework protects the rights of international students studying
in Australia, includes
Student right to receive, before enrolling, current and accurate
information about the courses, fees, modes of study, and other
information from your institution and your institutions agent.
Student right to sign a written agreement with your institution
before paying fees, setting out the services to be provided, fees
payable, and information about refunds of course money. Make
sure to keep a copy of your written agreement.
The Tuition Protection Service (TPS) is a placement and refund
service for international students, which is activated in the event
that your institution is unable to teach your course.
No dout with sutitable studying environment ,

days accommodation to help those who dont have any
family/friend.ATCWA also provides free career counselling to help
students finding there jobs.All the qualifications delivered at
ATCWA are nationally recognised and endorsed by Australian Skills
Quality Authority.ATCWA is the best collage in Perth with all the
suitable features so the other two collage KCBT and SBC were not
any option for me.
Constantly low marks in SLC and +2, I was exploring my forte.Then
I disovered I should follow my father's lead in his business firm.My
father handed me some project work and he noticed I was doing
compratively fine.He suggested me to pursue my further studies in
this field. Then I researched and came to conclusion I should study
Leadership and managment because it will enhance my
knowledge and polish up my skill to expand the business sector in
every aspect.Leadership is the art or process of influencing people
to perform assigned tasks willingly, efficiently and effectively.
Enabling people to feel they have a say in how they do something
results in higher levels of job satisfaction and
productivity.Management is the way something is handled, careful
treatment, supervising skills, or those in charge of a business or
group.Both aspect leadership and management are equally
important in organization and business firm which will lead on
goal sucession .My main motavition choosing this subject is my
father's fate and reliance on me.Since my father inspired me
choosing this course,he is willing to finiance me throught out my
study not any that he also convesed my mother to finiance me.
After completion of my Diploma of Leadership and Management
sand Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management . I will
apply for Bachelors of Leadership and Management with all
possible credits.I am hopeful to take advantage of PSW for
paractical knowladge and improving my skill. PSW will provide
working exprience which will upgrade my ability in future.After
that I will return to Nepal to revamp the business status of Nepal.
With my emersing companies and organization Nepal is the place
full of oppurtinity and challanges . Their are my multinational
company like Chaudhary Group(CG),Unilever Nepal Limited
(UNL),Bottlers Nepal Limited (BNL) with sucessful and perfect
market strategies . These organizations are the forefront of the
nation . Accumulating the exprience from well renouned and
reputed company like CG,UNL I want to take the honor to
enhance the emerging companies and organization.Composing
the essential factors like Problem Solving and Decision
Making,Planning,Delegation,Internal Communications,Meeting
Management,Managing Work Force I want to lead the emerging
organization to the sucess. Which will initially help increasing GDP
of nation.
After graduation I will return to Nepal.I am only child of my
parents and I want to support them in every way
possible.Since,Nepal is the developing country ,there are many
right set of circumstances to formulate my polished knowledge
and productive skill that I will gain from my studies in
Australia.The political condition of Nepal is stable as compared to
its chaos past .This will surely help to enhance the business status
of the nation leading to increase in employment ,
production,profit,career choices and many more.
I am also well aware of my visa conditions. My visa sub class is
500. I must have a valid health insurance during my stay in
Australia. I should attend 80% of attendance in each semester. I
must notify DIBP if I change the address or contact details. I am
allowed to work 40 hours per fortnight during my semester period
and full time on vacation.
